Born to a timid woman and a mean man only known to Edwin as Sir, his upbringing was a rough one. Between the beatings and verbal abuse, Edwin unsurprisingly became an angry and hateful child. As the man only known as Sir, he came to have a mean look in his eyes, bearing his teeth at anyone who was a perceived threat.

Yet Edwin still loved his mother. Timid as she was, she tried her best to not have her child became a person filled with anger and hate. She'd tell Edwin fantastical stories of her life before this, of a man named Joseph who was supposedly Edwin's real father. A man who, in Edwin's eyes, had run out to save himself and left both wife and child to rot.

When Edwin was barely fourteen, he killed the man only known as Sir in a blind rage as his mother lay in a pool of blood on the living room floor. With nobody to care for him, Edwin scrape together what belongings were left in the house; canned food, spare ammunition, guns, knives, whatever wasn't bolted down and could be sold for even a penny. He'd bury his mother in the field behind the house.

Without anything to his name, Edwin took up whatever jobs he could, which mostly consisted of prostitution. He had a pretty face and the body for it, or so he was told by the men he bedded. He didn't care much as long as he got paid. Eventually having saved up enough to buy himself a proper horse, he'd set out without looking back, the guns from the man only known as Sir's guns strapped to the saddlebags. He was looking for Joseph, a man who had a debt to pay to his child.
