WM, Kamirin

A hotshot bounty hunter rising through the ranks, their methods may have been described as.. unorthodox, but they're a competent and skilled hunter nonetheless. Actually a relatively new player in the kamirin bounty hunting scene, they've been quickly making a name for themself by capturing difficult-to-find high-ranking rogues.

Though perhaps not the most well liked.

... I think most people would call WM a cunt, actually.

Formerly a charter, WM left the life of exploring to take up a new career track, hunting down dangerous fugitives for money 🎉. WM's other options were kamirin caretakers (There's Children), planetary caretakers (meh), administrators (boringgg), or seekers (...), so it wasn't like the alternatives interested them any.

The fact that WM turned out to like the feeling of hunting down powerful dangerous rogues and then beheading them was good, because then it means WM's mid-life crisis track change was a success 😋👍. It was such a success that WM got a reputation for being able to track down virtually any rogue, actually, provided the price tag was high enough for their liking. This, evidently, attracted the kamirin council's attention, when WM received the offer to be Senari's hunter-partner in her hunt for Roe.

So here they are, assigned to one of the most notorious hunters of the kamirin, out joining said notorious hunter in the hunt for the EQUALLY notorious rogue. It would've been totally fine, working with another (ugh) hunter notwithstanding when's the bounty's THAT high, if it wasn't for the DRAMA.

Blunt, snarky, and with an attitude that screams "I work alone and half the reason is because people can't fucking stand me <3". Every smile somehow looks like a smirk but with more teeth. Proud and vain are words that have been used to describe them and they're honestly not too far off the mark.

They're also sillayyyyy, would say teehee and lol out loud, unironically. Their two modes are basically Sharp Teeth and Yeayy Woohoooo Weeehehee.

As a kamirin bounty hunter - tasked by the council with capturing rogue kamirin - WM has.... questionable methods, in doing it. For example, getting comfy with dangerous morally-dubious characters to get the job done. It's mostly for information gathering though, they don't really like working with others haha. Especially when the other CAN'T KEEP UP. Their tracking is immaculate, making WM's hunting record impressively clean of failed hunts. Their determination - or maybe stubborn pride's more accurate - have given WM a little reputation among the up and coming top hunters. Especially considering WM is relatively new to the hunting scene compared to most hunters at their level.

Another reason for their almost-spotless track record is because their hunts usually takes a while, they haven't racked up quite as much bounties as some of the more seasoned hunters. They try to make up for it with taking on high level targets as much as they can, though. It's not uncommon for people to hear nothing about the hunter for quite a few years, before suddenly hearing that they just BROUGHT IN A ROGUE THAT KILLED 38 HUNTERS AND EVADED CAPTURED FOR MILENNIA.... WHAT THE HELL.

Magic is geared towards healing, mending, body augmentation, etc. A skillset for someone whose fighting and hunting style is outlasting the opponent, basically. Quite impressive magical reserve compared to most off-planet kamirin, but above average for a hunter. Evenly matched with most of the rogue they take on, but with their effective use of magic as a physical boost it's just a matter of tiring the rogue out. Their hunts are usually long and drawn out, rather than quick and brutal like some other hunters.

Usually best in 1 on 1 fights, they'd rather take a higly difficult rogue over a bunch of weaker ones. They tend to focus better with only one enemy, is all. And tend to fixate, so giving WM a mid-powered pair with great synergy is actually worse than just giving them a single rogue that blew up a whole planet, or something.

Their greataxe also look heavy, but in their hands it's as light as a stick. And i mean that literally. The axe is enchanted to help the wielder bear it's weight, and the magic is keyed onto WM's magical signature. WM wields it as if it weights almost nothing because IT IS... for them. For other people though, it's just as heavy as a bigass greataxe. It's actually always so funny when people think WM is physically stronger than they really are. (In WM's mind -> They don't know the axe is enchanted)
