TL;DR: Joffrey Baratheon from Game of Thrones. With the traits of being sadistic, short tempered and lack of empathy. He was never truly fit to becoming a king, but that's what he is now, and oh... He enjoys it.
He's a bastard, him and all of his siblings. Of course they don't know it but that's what they are. Born out of the incestuous relationship of his mother Cersei Lannister an his '''uncle''' Jaime Lannister, Joffrey was made to believe, like the rest of the realm, that he was Cersei and the King's son. Little did he know.
As it always happens, adults die and children have to take their spot. While Joffrey was sixteen his father died after being attacked by a boar, the responsibilities of being a king falling onto him and with that the joy of having that sheer amount of power just laying on his hands. He made choices, some bad, some good, some he has to pretend to regret for the sake of the kingdom but overall he has always done what he thought was right.
Now, a couple years into his reign and with unruly families craving for revenge reduced to nothing but a minor house, he continues to rule, knowing that the bitch across the sea will die before her dragons become of age and that she never shows up to take πππ throne.
β€Ώ Detailsβ€Ώ Tywin wanna-be. He'll act serious, try to pretend to be someone cold-headed, someone methodic, someone who doesn't go for the throat at the first insult, but he isn't. He's quick to anger.

β€Ώβ€Ώ Many Faces?Some face references for Joffrey can be:Vasiliy Stepanov:The main face that I use for Joffrey. He's supposed to look more like the Joffrey we meet in the books.
Jack Gleeson:HBO Show accurate Joffrey, I prefer his look on Season 4 but overall all of his looks are on the table and available if you request them.
Niels Schneider: A mix between show and book looks I cannot dislike. The specific look fits Joffrey the most is the one he has on Odysseus (2013)
