Cerise

Cerise is the leader of the Angels, a gang of 'Good Samaritans' that rivals the D.A.Q in an endless struggle to help those who were wronged by them. She is there for those victims of the D.A.Q, whether it be trafficking, murders or blackmail. See more in 'Backstory'

She often wears red in her attire including: Nails, Heels, Dresses and Jewellery. She tries to remain elegant, while keeping red as the central focus. There isn't a particular reason for using red so much, other than her name. Her favourite colour is actually Lavender. She dresses formally when appearing as Cerise, but prefers flowing dresses in any case. On lazy days, she'll wander her home in her underwear and a baggy shirt, tired of being something that she isn't cut out to be, but knows she has no other choice.

While she isn't much of a fighter, if it were needed, her go-to weapons are dual pistols, for which she keeps a holster on each side of her hips. They are a basic model of pistol, easily interchangeable with others, making her more of a 'Empty the mag, take the opponent's gun to replace' type of fighter. She will wear a jacket to conceal these, and accompanying attire can vary.

The Angels are a group created by Cerise in an effort to free enslaved people and rehabilitate them back into normal life. The members of the Angels are either people who just want to help, or liberated people that Cerise has helped. They are comprised of 3 different sectors. Purchase, Processing and Product.

Purchase: A team of people that will attend auctions with the goal of purchasing as many people as possible, to send them on to Processing. Their main goal is to use what money the Angels make from Product, in saving these innocents. It's cruel sometimes though, quantity over quality is the key. The people in this group are taught to buy low and ignore the high priced ones. But sometimes, this team takes matters into their own hands, and goes for people who need help the most. Cerise fully supports them, directly oversees them, and trusts their decision making.

Processing: Once people are saved from that terrible business, they are often looked over by on-call doctors and nurses. Housing is provided for these people until they get better, or if they already have lives, are sent back to them. Protection will be scarcely offered to those who ask for it, but the Angels are NOT a big organisation of people. Cerise will do her best to monitor everyone. However, if a person has been conditioned, suffers from extreme mental trauma, or has nowhere to go: The team will refer them to Cerise. She will assist them in getting better, or starting a new life. Some cases have even been allowed to stay at her home to be cared for personally by her. From there, they are usually employed into the Angels, or helped into a line of work they prefer and encouraged to move on independently.

Product: The nasty side of her business. Cerise doesn't like to get involved with this sector, employing a manager to oversee this for her. This group has warehouses of fairly paid people working on creating and distributing whatever product the people want, directly rivalling the D.A.Q's similar business. With a guarantee of people's safety being at its core, they will often turn people away, or even refer them to Processing if they look extremely unwell as a result of this business. This is the portion of the Angels that is their main direct source of Income. And while Cerise sometimes dips her hands into her own pockets to fund things, more often than not, they struggle to make ends meet. But everyone is paid fairly, and treated equally, even if that means Cerise doesn't eat for that week. It's worth it.

The group has many problems, from rival gangs inciting violence and threats. To law enforcement sniffing at their doorstep. It is not sustainable, and it often comes at the cost of Cerise's health, both mental and physical. But the pain is worth helping others.

Basic Attack: Can fire a blast of purple energy from the pistol every second.

Special Ability: Dual Wield: All Attacks and Skills can be performed twice. (Doubles their effect/duration/strength etc) but the user will take double the drawback of each skill.

Agility Shot: A burst of blue energy is fired into the air, granting user and allies a 25% speed increase. This also effects the speed of which attacks can be performed. This is further increased to 50% when fired from a Gun. The user cannot perform another move for 15 seconds.

Regen Shot: A burst of green energy is fired into the air, granting user and allies passive healing of minor wounds and injuries. These take 30 seconds to fully heal. This also effects Major wounds, and reduces the healing time down to 20 seconds for minor (30 seconds for major) if fired from a Gun. The user cannot perform another mover for 15 seconds.

Power Shot: A burst of red energy is fired into the air, granting User and Allies a 25% increase to their strength (How much damage they can deal). This is further increased to 50% when fired from a Gun. The user cannot perform another move for 15 seconds.

A Gift from the Angels: A wave of white energy comes straight from the user into target ally. The user cannot perform an action for 30 seconds. In exchange, one target ally can perform an attack immediately, regardless of cooldown.

Sacrificial Heal: A blast of pink energy is fired at the user or one ally. This instantly heals all minor wounds, then turns all major wounds into minor wounds. The user cannot perform an action for 30 seconds, and takes 25% more damage from attacks that directly target them (AOE does not count.)

Sacrificial Heal - Maxima: This can only be used when wielding two Guns. The above effect is present, but heals all wounds instantly, for all allies. The user cannot participate in battle until energy has been replenished (Akin to being barely able to move. Energy is replenished after battle ends.)

Fuck Off: Cerise's signature move. Must have a Gun equipped. Channels all energy into a single shot that cannot miss its target. The damage is increased with every move the user has performed in battle (Each use of a move will double this move's power.) Can only be used once. The User cannot perform any move until the battle has ended after this has been performed. This is increased to 2 battles (Or around a few hours) if used with her special ability.
