    Nebula is one of the born oracles of the Stormblood line. She was born with The Sight and a curse of blindness. The blindness comes with how far into the future one can see and if it can be controlled. The less eyesight a person has, the stronger The Sight : the better they can see into the future. Nebula can only see blurry shapes and shades of gray. No definite lines. No edges. Everything is blurred. She uses a ornate staff, and her magic, to help keep herself from bumping into things as her depth perception is nonexistent. Sometimes the gray shadows disorient her and she will wear eye coverings to allow her to function better.

    The heat from the fire licked at her skin. The smoke from lit up tapestries clogged her lungs. Her eyes were dry as she pushed through another burning room, the screams of others echoing over the flames. Coughing, she brought her scarf up over her mouth and nose to try to filter the smoke.

    The temple was burning.

    The normal calm was gone, people pushed through each other and the flames, all desperate to escape to the open court yard in front. Someone shoved past her and she stumbled before being caught by another. This faceless person helped drag her from the burning building.
