Waffle is a bipedal yellow dog with angel wings and a halo. He has a short snout and a long tail. His ears and tail tip are waffles, and his hair and leg tufts are whipped cream. He has cream and brown markings on his body, and pink eyes. He tends to wear cute clothing, crop tops, and the color pink.

Waffle is a friendly and generally cheerful guy who loves to make people smile more than anything else. He values compassion, understanding, and honesty very highly. He's not the sharpest tack, but he is curious and caring. He's very passionate and will put his whole heart into the things he cares about, though he can sometimes be lazy and careless with things he deems less important. He's very creative and tends to be good at problem solving, though sometimes he can be a bit too stubborn and persistent once he's set on an idea. He's a lover not a fighter, though, and so he tries to settle any dispute with kindness rather than shouting or brawling. If it comes down to it, though, he'll whack you with his magic fork. Waffle is also very thoughtful and a bit of a hopeless romantic, and though he's not in a relationship right now, he often daydreams of finding the perfect partner someday. Waffle loves food, cooking/baking, sunshine, romance, pretty colors, and magic.

Waffle graduated from a magic academy with a major in food magic and a minor in potions. He lives in an apartment in Twinkle City and often holds dinner parties for his friends.

🩹 Minor Healing: Waffle can heal minor injuries such as scrapes and small cuts on himself and on others he is touching.
💭 Dream Walking: Waffle can choose to appear in a dream of someone he knows. While he does this, his real-life body appears as if he was in deep meditation. He usually chooses not to dream walk without permission though, as he finds it to be invasive.

🍲 Food Conjuration: Waffle can instantly conjure food of at least moderate quality, as long as he's eaten and/or cooked that food before. The more familiar he is with the food, the higher quality the conjured food is.
🌟 Charm Food: Waffle can place charms on food and beverages that affect the person who consumes them. These charms can not be used to cause intentional harm to others. The charms last for up to an hour. Only 1 charm can be placed on a dish, and a person can only be affected by one charm at a time. the charms are as follows:
· Giggle Charm: the charmed person becomes much more susceptible to laughter
· Sleepy Charm: the charmed person finds it easier to fall asleep
· Lovely Charm: the charmed person feels more affectionate and sentimental, in either a romantic or platonic way
· Hover Charm: the charmed person hovers a few inches above the ground
· Color Charm: the charmed person changes colors, cycling through the colors of the rainbow
· See-Through Charm: the charmed person becomes semi-transparent (as in you can partially see the world behind them, you can't see under their clothes or inside their bodies)

· Instantly heat or cool an object or liquid to a desired temperature

Gen Ed - Moderate Knowledge; Waffle requires more concentration, energy, and effort to do these. Only one of his 4 main spells (Invisibility/Shield/Teleportation/Charming) can be active at a time.
🫥 Invisibility Spell: Waffle and anything he is wearing/holding can become invisible for up to one hour. He can still be detected by means other than sight.
🛡️ Shield Spell: Waffle can form a magical protective forcefield centered on themself, surrounding themself and any nearby people or objects from incoming physical projectiles or magic bursts.
💞 Teleportation Spell: Waffle can instantly teleport himself and anything he is wearing/holding to an unoccupied location he can see within about 30 feet. A shower of sparkles briefly appears in the place he just left.
💘 Charming Spell: Waffle can charm another person, causing them to regard him as they would a friendly acquaintance for up to an hour. This spell has a chance to fail, especially if the other person is already skeptical or aggressive toward Waffle.
🔮 Prestidigitation: Waffle can create an instantaneous, harmless sensory effect, e.g. as a shower of sparks, a puff of wind, faint musical notes, or an odd odor.
↔️ Object Manipulation: Waffle can pick up, move, and rotate objects (within reasonable limits) by pointing his magic fork at them.
⚔️ Dueling: Waffle knows basic offensive and defensive magic typically used in magic duels: magic bursts, magic beams, magic missiles, and deflection. He styles his attacks to appear food-themed.
💖 Magical Costume Change: Waffle can instantly switch between outfits at will, optionally with an accompanying "magical girl"-style transformation sequence.
