Anastasia Lagistrine

When Anastasia was young, around 6 years of age, she witnessed a murder. Her father murdered her mother in front of her. It was bloody, messy, and dirty. She hated the taste, the sight, and the feeling of it all. She recovered soon enough to realize that her father was a killer, someone who had killed her sister that went missing when she was only 3 years old. At the age of 4 years, Anastasia found her sister buried in the ground in their backyard, the flesh and bones mixed together. She was shocked at the time, yet so indifferent. She lacked the regular capability to resume emotions like everyone else. Her mother once told her that she was special, born without any care or feelings at all. Yet, it wasn't that she didn't have feels, it was that she didn't know how to express them. Beyond her limits of understanding, emotions were another thing that was a waste of time for her, thus she didn't have any, or neither did she deserve them by her god. Her God, someone who believed in massacre, death, and destruction. Someone who forced her father to kill her mother and sister, someone who was cruel, yet she didn't have any feelings of regret, sympathy, sadness, or the ability to cry.

Due to not growing up in the right environment, she came off as unfeeling, cold, always introverted. She lacked interest or curiosity in anything. Furthermore, she lacked the intrigue like others, and never truly knew what love meant, due to the only love she saw was the abuse of her mother and father, and the alcoholic behavior of his run-down, turn-apart uncle, who wasn't much kinder than her own parents. She grew up in a very isolated way, never going out, always never eating. She was uninterested in many different things, never truly understanding human morals or emotions in that matter. She can't comprehend people who feel scared, shy, nervous, terrified, happy, excited, grossed, or the feeling of depression or suicide. Her friends knew her as a mistake, having no emotions. She reminded people of a doll, animated without lots of emotion, somewhat robotic.
