A little of her history
In the beginning we were all carefree with no worries in the world other than do we have food, and do we have a place to sleep? If the answers were yes to both of those questions, then all was right in the universe.
Teegan James was born into a pack of, for lack of a better term, domesticated wolves. They weren't the scavengers like most of the werewolves you might have come across. They belonged to a pack, yes. But the pack lived among humans. If you couldn't afford a place to live, you could behave like a stray dog and find a soft-hearted human to care for you until things turned around for you. It might sound pathetic, but it's called survival in a place where eight months out of the year the conditions are too harsh for survival, even with a thick fur coat.
Teegan was one of the luckier wolves in our pack. Her parents were educated and able to find and keep professional jobs, which kept them out of other people's homes. A problem they were constantly facing was people from the pack constantly trying to live with us. Having constant house guests meant she lived her life on the living room couch and would be her room, which was taken over by families needing shelter from the murderous conditions. Because this was the reality of our pack life, Teegan studied hard in school. She forfeit dating and playing sports so that she could focus on my books. She got into an accredited Sports Medicine program when she was a freshman in college, which helped when she applied to medical school. After eight years of having no life, she graduated with a medical degree.
She worked for hospitals for a few years as she built her reputation and clientele. Teegan saved and saved and was finally able to open her own private practice. She was very popular with the local high schools and colleges as she really enjoyed taking care of the athletes. That was a short-lived dream. A few years after opening my private practice she sold it to a local hospital and took off on the road.
Teegan had been sharked by a MMA company who were looking for doctor's who specialized in sports medicine and orthopedics. She was offered a spot with the company to care for the fighters and thus left Canada in the dust.
This was the perfect job for her. She rehabilitated some of the most prominent fighters in the world in her state of the art facility. She was given the liberty to continue her education so Teegan would always be up to date with all the latest techniques and technology surrounding sports medicine. She thrived. She learned. She perfected her craft. During her time with the MMA, she made friends with a lot of the fighters and trainers alike. One particular person took an interest in helping her learn to fight in both her human and wolf forms. With her being an alone omega female, they took their time and trained her in private. She had a natural talent at fighting, though she wasn't an aggressive person. It felt good to be able to protect herself as needed.
Currently, Teegan is traveling wherever her heart takes her. She still practices medicine when it's desperately needed and keeps
current in the ever changing medical world. She lives in her luxury eclipse colored Renegade XL RV. She is a free spirited omega who hasn't found her true mate yet. But, she hadn't exactly been looking either. She keeps a level head and open mind, though she can be fierce when provoked. She has a beautiful, quiet soul that seeks adventure and chance encounters. You never know what or who you will meet when you give something a chance. She is open to me new people even though she lives alone majority of the time. She roams free until something or someone catches her eyes and attention.
