Tato

Looks: Wears a greyish-green sweater and grey pants, alongside a medium puffed out messy hairstyle and strange unknown scar that takes up the majority of the left part of his face. He also seems to be missing his right pupil, and is no taller than 4'11, with wings that when spread out boost that up to 5'3, including three pairs that are so close together they seem like one pair from afar.
Personality: Kind, caring, curious, helpful, ambiverted
Other: Has the nickname "Potato" and has a very huge fear tying into this of anything related to eating or destroying literal potatoes.

Tato is one of the strangest anomalies witnessed out in the open. Unlike anything related to an SCP or a creature found by the Zooliminology program, Tato seems to be something of a god with unknown powers. A lot of sources that delve into strange creature sightings compare him to another larger entity known as the Overseer, an angel made of eyes written down in folk lore that watches over the universes surrounding it making sure they don't collapse is somehow related to this child-like specamin. However, not much proof has been found linking these two together other than sightings of another entity nicknamed "Astral" roaming around areas Tato has been seen in prior made up of a similar eye-like structure in the shape of Tato, but further research on both of them have yet again not been made due to Tato going missing and appearing in other locations at random, simply there to be there.
