On most occasions, Jensin appears confident and in control, almost like he always knows what he's doing and why he's doing it. He's also a little bit lazy, taking life on the slow lane if he’s allowed to get away with it. Typically, he enjoys the company of other people and is pretty easy to get along with, making fast friends wherever he goes. He likes to know about others, hear their mundane and/or exciting stories, and is unafraid to ask difficult questions -- almost annoyingly so. Jensin does, luckily, have a good amount of common sense to ride on, so most of the dumb shit he says is intentional; if he says something that's going to get his ass beat, he's fully aware that he's about to get his ass beat.

He does have an immense flair for theatrics, of course, and when he's in the mood for drama, it's coming out full-force. There will be exaggerated claims! Gestures beyond the wildest of dreams! And a dizzying amount of sparkles! Mostly this sort of thing is just to put on a show and he's having fun with it, but it definitely comes out when he's pissed, too.

He has very little respect for most authority and he's stuck in a life where authority definitely matters, but that doesn't mean he's not going to be a huge bitch about it all. He respects the hierarchy of UG for the most part, but fuck you to everyone else! The deepest of his emotions are covered in layers of self-doubt, humor, and sarcasm, so one might have to work a bit to get out what he really, honestly thinks. Mind you, he's very aware of how he feels about things, he's just not going to tell you most of it if he can help it. When he's upset, he's definitely not the most reliable of narrators.

Generally, Jensin is pretty chill and usually just wants a laugh (or to make others laugh, he’s not much of a mean-spirited guy). He tries to keep relationships lighthearted and is extremely cognizant of the judgement of others. He's always happy to lift heavy things for people or try something new, especially if it's kind of unorthodox. Most importantly, your grandmother will love this guy.

Tall, broad, and heavy, Jensin is in decent physical form, or as much as he's assed to be. He has sturdy, thick limbs that end in wide, square-fingered hands, and skin the color of sand under the moon. Jensin's hair is long, straight, fluffy, and white. It's most often loose or, in extreme circumstances, tied up behind his head in a ponytail. His jaw is sharp and occasionally scruffy, and his eyes are a warm, deep amber. Hooked upwards like a cheerful button, Jensin has a rather cute nose.

Despite not really trying, Jensin has nice skin and few pockmarks or scars left by injury. He's covered in dustings of light-colored hair over his chest, belly, and extremities. As a lover of the arts, his body is covered in tattoos with swords, shields, stars, and mythological beasts all in a similar style. He has enough shame for two people, but he enjoys showing those off.

Most of Jensin's clothing is black, gold, or burnt orange, sometimes a mix of two or three. He likes to blend up his style pretty often, though it's not like he has the world's biggest budget for clothes -- he usually thrifts stuff and remakes them into whatever he wants with a good, old vintage sewing machine that he got from a cranky guy at an antique store. Yes, indeed, this guy is out here making his own edgy hero knight cosplay with foam and a dream. Some of it is real metal, though, like his gauntlet and scary boots. It's definitely not lost on him that FM has a bit of a knight theme, but he thinks how they do it is stupid and ugly so he's reclaimed it for himself.

Though he doesn't need an instrument to generate his Vibe, he does have the world's most extreme guitar in the form of a sword with six angelic wings. It's sort of unwieldly but that's what makes it beautiful. As anyone sane would do, he's named his guitar 'Pinion of Heaven', and sometimes he may even invoke 'Pinion's Opinion' mid-conversation.
