    A hard-ass at heart, Morgan has a no-nonsense outlook on life. After serving as a beat cop for over a decade, he finally moved into the role of homicide detective. Devoted to his job at the cost of his private life, Morgan has been through the divorce circuit once already, and he's left a trail of failed romances in his wake.

    When he needs a break from the city, he'll often drive up to the mountains, to an old A-frame cabin that he's spent the better part of the last half-decade breathing new life into. That same urge to fix things drives his other hobby: restoring beater cars in the garage of his fixer-upper house in the city. Handiwork is his forte, and he's often content to spend entire days alone with his make-work projects.​
