    A towering figure in a tattered ringmaster’s coat, his silhouette is always framed like a man on stage. A cracked top hat, stapled with carnival tickets, crowns his skeletal face. A grin carved far too wide, pale eyes glowing from the shadows beneath. One hand clutches a twisted cane topped with a cruel hammerhead, the other forever gripping a cracked megaphone, as though every word must be shouted to the world.

    His presence is suffocating: part barker, part bird of prey. He twitches and tilts his head like a crow, eyes darting as if scanning for applause only he can hear. When he speaks, it’s a sick parody of showmanship. Smooth introductions that collapse into shrieks, whispers, and mocking applause for himself.

    The Carnifex doesn’t walk into a room. He arrives as if summoned by spotlight, demanding attention, demanding fear. To him, life is nothing but a rigged carnival game, and everyone else is just a contestant waiting to lose.

    Sometimes he claps his claws together in slow, mocking applause, even if no one else is watching. Other times, he gestures to the air as if an invisible crowd is roaring for him.

    Even when standing still, he shifts his feet like he’s pacing a stage, always positioning himself as though he’s “center ring.” He never fully relaxes.

    Treats victims like “souvenirs”. Tickets, trinkets, scraps of clothing, all kept as part of his “audience.” His top hat full of tickets is both a crown and a trophy chest. Each victim’s life becomes a “ticket” he tucks into his hat.
