A tall rather thin looking man, with a face that appears to both be aged and youthful. A stern glare that never leaves his face. A permanent resting bitch face and voice. Always dressed in overly long and flowing robes made of black satin with gold and silver calligraphy around the collar and cuffs and down the front. His hair is slicked back into a tight bun held together by two thin daggers. There is a neruoimplant in his brain that can't be sensed even with telepathic abilities.
