    ANTHROPOMORPHIC:

    Apollinaire is a slimly-built and somewhat sickly-seeming Beauceron. She stands at six feet five inches tall, and her fur is near entirely a pale white, with shades of 'pink' tinting here and there when the light hits her fur right and highlights her skin. The giveaway that she is not albino but instead something else entirely comes when one looks at the side of her neck, or the backs of her hands; there, faintly, is the telltale merle spotting. Her tail is cropped, as are her ears.

    HUMANOID:
    Apollinaire stands at six-foot-five inches and is a white shade that is not typical of humanoids in general. Her brows are almost perpetually creased in a quiet frown, which has left wrinkles upon her forehead. She does not have a tail, but she does have canid -- and cropped -- ears perched atop her head instead of human ears. Apollinaire's glasses are held in place by a self-made harness that keeps them firmly lodged.

    UNIVERSAL:

    She dresses in sharp clothing, deliberately using dark tones that contrast her coat. Apollinaire is always found with her cane, a sturdy thing that appears to be made of gold-black marble, but is in fact hollowed partway through, containing a sword that can be dislodged with a press of a hidden mechanism. In this way, despite her frailty, Apollinaire is perpetually able to at least surprise someone with defense.

    All of her scars are beneath her clothing: lash-marks carve up the expanse of her back, shackle-scars twist around her ankles. A long, ragged scar from a sterilization done of Apollinaire's own free will runs across her lower abdomen; it has been deliberately extended, stylized into an autopsy-esque y-shape that ends beneath her breasts.
