    • Mannerisms: Cyrus is an amnesiac, and most things are unfamiliar to him.
    • Likes: Zelenia, the ocean, seaside towns, fish, bonfires, rain, the lute, dancing, sparring, reading and riding horses.
    • Dislikes: Injustice, killing, rocky carriage rides, tall heights, alcohol, being teased for not knowing something.

  • Description

    The paladin's appearance is a paradox. Despite his handsome, youthful mien, with his almond, downturned, golden eyes, the colors constantly shifting and dancing in his irises. His thick brows, his broad, aquiline nose. His strong jaw, his dark lips always curled into a slight, shy smile. His playful twitching ears, and his steady, open-hearted expressions. Despite all of that, he is riddled with scars, and his hair is a mix of pitch black, streaked with the white of an old man. Cyrus looks like he's under half the age he should by all rights be.

    On his chest is a particularly frightening scar, where another paladin clearly smote him with a radiant flames behind a heavy blade. The deep scar is surrounded by burns right over his heart, and quite frankly the blow seems impossible to survive. It is a completely mystery how suffering this wound was not result in Cyrus's death.

    He is a soft-spoken but firm man with a slightly archaic style, but noble, of speech that and an accent that is difficult to place. He smells pleasantly of petrichor and the sea breeze, like an oncoming typhoon.

    Those who can see magic and aura might note that the energy within and surrounding him are incredibly ancient and powerful. To behold it can be outright terrifying. That said, it also seems that what's left of his soul is not entirely his, and that the mark of another claims what's left of it.

    His armor is of otherworldly fine make and quality. Silverly mail worn over dark blue cloth, bearing the marks of an order that no one seems to recognize. It is covered in expensive and delicate engraving and trim, and is enchanted. The cloth that covers half his face is actually a magical ward that allows him to see magic, including those who have spelled themselves invisible.

    His large curved sword is broad, thick and heavy, requiring both incredible strength and dexterity to wield effectively. The mere sight alone assures most that Cyrus is a mighty swordsman, though he himself has no idea where his skills come from.
