The Godking
Appearance
Hikusaak always dresses regally in royal blues, white and black with a splash of gold. He always keeps up the appearance that he is a king. He has two identical rings, one on each middle finger known as the Guardian's Eyes and a jewelled stud in his left ear. He appears around age 20, though only stands at 5'1 tall with somewhat of a thin build. His pupils are always small and centered, giving him a perpetual look of madnes.
Personality
Hikusaak definately comes accorss as a high and mighty asshole. He is bigoted and racist towards any and all nonhumans, believing humanity to be superior to all. He always appears confident and carries an air of powerfulness, like you'd expect from a King. He is highly intelligent and perceptive, easilly able to manipulate those he wants to. While his eyes may make him appear mad he's far from it; always so perfectly composed. He rather enjoys belittleing others and making them uncomfortable, he revels in his supremacy. Very few people ever see another side to this man.
But that doesn't mean there isn't another side. Hikusaak suffers somewhat from split personality disorder, or rather, his 'real self' breaks through the cold front. The other side is kinder, though deppressive and paranoid too. The other side to him doesn't show up very often.
Abilities
The title Godking wasn't bestowed upon him for no reason, while he may appear runty, small and weak he's certainly no pushover. The Circle Rune on his right hand grants him god-like abilities and eternal youth. While he may command the elements at whim, it's his healing and enhancing magic that shines above the rest. He has near perfect regenerative abilities, meaning it's possible to cut off his limbs or even his head and he will simply regenerate. Abeit this is a painful process. This does not mean he can't die, to do that the Rune would need to be removed, then he would have to be killed. Without it he has no magic after all. On the offensive side, he can weild a sword and his two rings can act as weapons as well, able to fire beams of energy. He is very magically based for the most part.
All of that said Hikusaak does not pick needless fights, infact he barely fights at all unless he sees some profit in it for himself. He may hurt someone (With the other players persmission of course!) if they piss him off enough, but he tends to avoid fighting unless he must.
Weaknesses
While he may have near perfect regeneration, any wounds inflicted do not heal instantly and the regeneration is painful. Just how painful depends on the scale of the injury. For example, if he has to regrow an arm that's going to hurt a lot. As mentioned above Hikusaak has a strange form of split personality disorder. Or rather the man he really is is surpressed by his True Rune. The True Rune, while granting him such power, also has a will of its own. Hikusaak is little more than a vessel to it. The ideals and views Hikusaak expresses belong to the rune more than him. The personality that's mostly present is sort of a tangle of Hikusaak and the Rune, like the two have fused together.
