  Eyes - An unnaturally intense pale green, framed by thick black lashes. Tend to grow speckled with crimson all the way to changing colors when he’s irritated or angry or dark green when feeding. Can go white when he’s absolutely furious. | His left eye is now technically blinded, thanks to Samael. A silver arrow has left his iris and pupil a silver-white shade and he wears an eyepatch now to conceal his bad eye. The eyepatch itself varies between leather and silk, depending on what he feels like that day.
  
  Hair - Thick and black, hanging past his shoulders to end with his elbows. Often left free or pulled back into a ponytail.
  
  Complexion - Pale with faint pink undertones after he has fed. When having gone without feeding, his skin appears to be made from ivory. | Two prominent scars decorate the front of his body; first, the larger one, a long scar that winds from beneath his right collarbone down to his left hip, not quite meeting it. Secondly, a large, deep gash that cuts above his upper right hip and side which often leaves him to favoring a cane on particularly cold days as it aches. New, fresh scars litter his left side, looking like multiple stab wounds and are still shiny from being recently healed. Freshest of all, a scar that cuts across the one on his chest at a jaggedly horizontal angle, making a sort of cross. More scars litter his back. All scars are a pale pink in tone and tend to stand out on his skin.
  
  Build - Tall and strong. Broad shouldered, narrow in the waist and hips with long legs. Muscular as well. He has a soldier's build. He's not lithe but he's also not muscle-bound. Somewhere in the middle really. If one gets close enough to touch his muscles or grip his arm/body, they find that he is incredibly hard, the muscles firm and thick from being quite compact.
  
  Height - 6’ 3”
  
  Weight - 278 lbs | The reason why Demyan weighs so much is because his muscles are four to six times as dense and compact as a mortal's. This density not only makes it harder for swords to get through his body, but also gives him his incredible strength.
  
  Piercings - Both nipples, black hoops. Sometimes wears gold hoops with emeralds centered on the ring. Two industrials in the shell of his ear, both sides of his head. A tongue piercing, capped with an opal head. A curved barbell of a Prince Albert. Both earlobes, twice, with small gold hoops. Possibly seeking more piercings.

  Traits - The Scorpio person is passionate, secretive, powerful, penetrating, intense, determined, purposeful, keenly perceptive, deep, complex, analytical, inquisitive, resourceful, ambitious, magnetic, hypnotic, creative and mysterious.
  
  Personality - Cold, cruel, impassionate. All three words describe Demyan very well in under five seconds. He is a hunter and a predator, uncaring of who or what he hurts. And he has no compunctions about killing or maiming someone to prove a point or to make ends meet. Even those he owns are not safe from his whims for he has little hesitation inflicting pain upon them. Perhaps the worst trait of all is that he never seems to show any remorse or pity or sympathy when inflicting pain. Yet, despite all of this, there are rare and random moments of kindness from him. He does not kill if he feels it unnecessary and he does kill when he feels that he must. Also, despite his cold nature, Demyan tends to be a man of his word. Any promise that he makes, in threat or in accord with someone, is carried out to the best of his abilities. Cold and dead he might be, but his honor is not.
  
  
  Abilities - Strength, though he can’t punch through a stone wall. Greater speed, though he can only move in quick bursts. He can’t run over a hundred miles an hour all night long. Acute vision, sense of smell and hearing; means that he can pick out people (or assassins) before they are nearby. Mental abilities; able to read surface thoughts or enthrall someone with his mind, though he can only do it to one person at a time. He cannot dig into a person’s mind unless he concentrates hard upon it, though this leaves him vulnerable and the person who is undergoing that can see into his mind as well if their will is strong enough.
  
  Weaknesses - Fire and Demyan don’t get along. He won’t die immediately if thrown into a fire, but he will hurt from it and it takes him much longer to heal from it. Silver irritates his skin, though he has been known to wear it from time to time. If he's wounded by silver, that's another story. Anything holy won’t bother him at all. Sunlight can cause damage, but only if he spends several hours out in it (such as if he were tied down). His senses are also sometimes detrimental to him for his sight is incredibly acute and he can be blinded by sudden changes in light.
  
  Quirks - Obviously, Demyan is a vampire. As such, there are a few quirks that go with him that I felt didn't belong anywhere else but right here:
  
  
  - Demyan must sleep for at least four hours a day. And by sleep, I mean the vampire death-sleep, not a nap. If he does not get those four hours of sleep or more, then he gets irritable, short-tempered and extremely thirsty.
  - Despite being of middle age as far as vampires go, Demyan must feed every night or every other night or else start loosing himself to the bloodlust. The longest that he has survived without blood, and remained coherent, was nine days before he went insane and frenzied to slaughter anything that he could drink from.
  - As with being a vampire, Demyan cannot stand holy men. He will grow even colder, remain barely civil about them, and if forced to remain near them, he will move as far as he physically can away from them. The reasons for this are unknown.
  - If Demyan makes a Childe, he has a strong mental connection with them. Where with mortals, it's hard for him to look into their minds, with Childe, Demyan is able to easily bypass their mental defenses if he is their Sire. He can also hear their voices more easily as a result and he bears a mental link with whatever Childes his Childer make.
  - Demyan doesn't make any sound when he moves. One moment he won't be there, the next, poof, there he is, being all looming and dark and sexy. Expect mild heart attacks for your character.
  - If you want into Demyan's pants, expect to be severely disappointed. Demyan has an extremely low libido. As in, he has almost no sex drive. He will feed on your character, which can be considered an erotic act in and of itself, but he will NOT have sex, unless he's either very interested in your character or you forcefeed him an aphrodisiac. Even then, that aphrodisiac might not work.
  - Demyan's body metabolizes toxins and poisons at a phenomenal rate. If you're lucky, he'll be affected for two or three minutes if he's ingested something that doesn't agree with him before it's metabolized, or he'll not be affected at all and will be rather pissed off.
  - No matter how much blood Demyan drinks or how many layers of clothing he's forced to wear, he will always remain deathly cold to the touch. He'll warm up to a certain degree, but his body's core temperature is extremely low, so it won't be by much.
  - He sings. Sometimes. In his sleep.
  - Demyan hates being wounded with silver. Not only do whatever wounds he receives from silver take three to five times as long to heal from normal wounds, silver-induced wounds also leave behind vivid scars upon his body. To add to that, silver-caused wounds make him physically ill to the point of his running a fever, being unable to keep any blood down and suffering mild to severe visual and auditory hallucinations.
  
  Hobbies - Though he’d never admit to it, Demyan is a bookworm. In his spare time, when he’s not busy terrorizing someone, he’ll enjoy a good book. Also, he has a hobby of doing carvings from wood or ivory as well.
  
  Predator. Coldly intense eyes of pale green, almost mint in shade, stand out from a frame of thick black lashes. Dark, heavy brows drawn together in faint frowns. A nose, crooked, sits above slender lips of pale pink tones, startlingly vivid against pale skin. White teeth flash in that well-formed mouth, sharp fangs exposed whenever he parts his lips in a smile; perhaps more unusual is the fact that his incisors bear slight points as well. High cheekbones and a stong jawline provide a handsome face to study. Thick hair of black shade descends past broad shoulders, glossy and well-kept as it ends by his elbows. Shirtless figure wears a simple black leather trenchcoat across his body, leaving the muscles of chest and abdomen open to view and touch. Hanging from frosted pink nipples are black rings, a twist of braided metal connected by thin wires decorating both buds. Narrow hips are wrapped by a belt with a silver buckle, leathery pants and boots covering legs up. Pants dip low upon his hips, leaving his navel exposed as his pants dip down across his lower body, a slight hint of a trail of hair starting halfway down from his navel. His gaze is unnatural, studying those about himself as if they were only fodder. From sensuous mouth comes a voice, thick with Russian accent. "Bleed.".

  Demyan is the Childe of a Bloodline that is old and powerful - in truth, Demyan is one of the most powerful members of his Bloodline that he knows of. He is only one generation removed from the Progenitor of the Bloodline and as such, will come into his own should he survive to be a millennium or more. Power comes to those that wait and Siete's Bloodline is one of the most powerful ones amongst all of them.
  
  There are Seven Bloodlines, each one unique in style. Every one develops differently but Siete's has most of the marks of traditional vampirism -- and some not so traditional marks. In truth, Demyan's Bloodline is an aberration, a fluke in the grand scheme of things and as such, there is no telling just what the general characteristics of this Bloodline will be like. But there are some basic traits that will always show up within this family tree, no matter what.
  
  
  

  Silver --
  
  
  Silver is one of the absolute worst items that Demyan can come in contact with. It burns him from mere physical touch alone if he's kept in contact with it for too long and prolonged exposure produces blisters and even removes his skin from where it sits if the contact is maintained for too long. Silver nitrate will poison him from the inside out and silver powder causes him to experience coughing and bleeding of the lungs and stomach. Wounds caused by silver weaponry take an extremely long time to heal and will remain visible where marks from a steel or iron weapon will fade away within five years. Some of Demyan's scars are over twenty years old and he still has them, though they are finally fading. A newborn vampire would die from silver poisoning whereas Demyan suffers as noted above. Perhaps the only vampire truly immune to silver in this Bloodline is Siete.
  
  Daylight --
  
  
  This is one aspect where it varies depending upon vampire. Some will never be able to go outside during the day and will burn within minutes of being exposed. Demyan's age in the Bloodline, as well as his nearness to Siete, leave him able to function on very little sleep. He is blessed with the ability to appreciate both sunrises and sunsets as he prefers to slumber during the height of the daytime hours. He can go outside during the day, but will seldom do so unless it's heavily clouded as the light simply bothers his eyes. As always, younger vampires would suffer more.
