  Item- Mind Shard of Air: The mind shard is a rare piece of psionic technology. In size and shape it looks like a small white opal cut into the general shape of a diamond. In effect, it dramatically boosts its owner's psionic abilities in regards to effects on the elemental disciplines under the general heading of 'air'. Furthermore, holders of a mind-shard experience a general halting of the aging process and revitalization of health that put them on par with their physical prime. This by no means makes them super-powered or impervious to wounds - a mind-shard user can die the same way as any other mortal can, and are not especially empowered in anything but specific psionic disciplines - but they need not fear the ill effects of aging so long as the shard is within their possession.
