Eye color: Left eye is blackened with a white orb in the center the pupil is a silted black, right eye is purple with a golden orb - the pupil is also silted but light green (Note this eye is almost always hidden so this information is all OCC unless he shows ya you don't know he has another eye let alone what it looks like.)

Skin color: Ivory White

Hair color: White

Extra Limbs: Has a black thin tail with a razor sharp tip and a smaller tip that's also razor sharp, has two small black wings that often float behind him.

Piercings: Snake bites - holding black rings, two barbells within tongue of dark red coloring and a magic cross holding two black barbells within penis head.(consists of both ampallang and an apadravya piercings forming a cross hence the name) - When in female form these piercings become a triangle piercing and a clitoral hood piercing.

Tattoos: Has a cartoonish skull upon his left arm, a strange symbol with Roman numerals under it (LXXVII) on the back of his neck.(Also I've drawn the symbol, it's located in Artz<3) A bar code on his lower back.

The necklace: -Gold in coloring with Howlite tips rather than the red of blue, it's an item of value and deeper meaning to the demon. (OOC note this meaning is Sly's willing submission and servitude to Lazelai - ownership in short, yet this is known only between the demon and Lazelai unless spoken otherwise ICly)
