  Among one of the more widespread and diverse criminal organizations in the world the Circle of Saifs exists as a shadowy cabal of intermediaries; delegating contract work to a pool of loosely affiliated sinners and scofflaws at the behest of their anonymous clientele.
  
  The Nombre Cazador--elusive emissaries of the Circle-- discretely bear this mark, furtively disseminating their allegiance to any and all with the eye to see it. A beacon for thieves, assassins, hoodlums and shanghaiers looking to line their pockets with ill-gotten gain.
  
  A competitive organization by its very nature those that deign to take on an active contract often find themselves crossing paths and swords with their peers. While killing another commissioned operative is not explicitly forbidden it is generally frowned upon; they are by proxy part of the Circle. Doing so--or more importantly being suspected to have done so--is a good way to earn the animosity of one's associates, or worse, a bounty of your own.
  
  
  Knowing where one's own expertise lies is perhaps one of the most salient traits of a successful criminal; nowhere is this more true than in the deadly and clandestine service of the Circle. Thus it is imperative to be exacting in the use of their enciphered speech, lest you find yourself issued a contract beyond your means.

  This lets the Nombre Cazadore know you're interested in relieving someone of their valuables, at which point they will direct you to the appropriate prolocutor for the intimate details.
