Kira is unsure about how she should even exist in the human realm. The culture itself is queer and confusing not to mention the technology that both frightens and intrigues her. Completely a fish out of water though it's hard to find anyone to pluck her up from the struggle and teach her how to breathe in this new society. Kira's sister was aiding in such a journey but hasn't been heard from in months.

Control of earth includes: earthquakes, manipulating soil and rock to move aside or to where she wishes, lava flows, volcanoes, pulling up mineral deposits from the crust without equipment. Being a puca she can shift into different animals/forms/genders at will.
✯ RESTRICTIONS If not properly fed or magical energy is depleted then abilities can not be used. She cannot just summon destruction on the land without proper planning and severe emotional distress. Depletion of energy stores can take up to fifteen hours to restore unless within the stone circle. She is extremely vulnerable during this time.
✯ SHIFTING She cannot become an animal that hasn't been gifted to her yet via the Elders and it takes a great amount of magical and physical energy to change her forms /unless/ she is within his territory at the stone circle or is drawing energy straight from a tapped ley line.
