Zaoll

Basic Information

• Delicate and lean limbs taper to equally elegant webbed fingers and toes, slick skin of gradient hues of blues, aquas, and violets stretch over a slender frame. Large, intelligent eyes of amethyst peered curiously from a long, oval face, framed by what appeared to be layers of thin, billowy fins. Lengths of protective, stiff cartiledge curved neatly from his forearms. A thick, powerful tail sways above the swell of his rump, ending with a broad, fan like fin...

  
  
  A bit of an anomaly. Obviously an aquatic being of some sort, but exactly what kind of aquatic being is up for debate. Some believe him to be the offspring of a massive koi fish and a lonely water nymph- which is quite far from the truth but his appearance would say otherwise.
  
  He is playful and sweet, very curious about his surroundings and the beings that he watches from his cove. He speaks in chirps and whistles and high-pitched whines reminiscent of dolphin calls, but is capable of speech. Granted, his knowledge of common is mainly pidgin, but his vocabulary is extensive enough that he understands the spoken language, even if he himself has trouble forming complete sentences. Unknown to most, however, he can communicate using a very special ability known as Mind-Touching. Visualizing imagery, ideas, and acts translates into speech, which he can project to the person he wishes to 'speak' to. But such an ability is draining when used to talk to beings of non-telepathic nature, and therefore he rarely relies on it except in emergencies.

• Notes

  Technically, Zaoll would count as a male-herm, but, uh. He doesn't have a vagina. He DOES have an incubation chamber that's a separate organ that branches away from his lower intestines, but that is completely optional if you aren't into M-Preg. Sorry-not sorry about ass-babbies.
