  Acupuncture

  Acupuncture is an ancient medicine dating back thousands of years. Acupuncture works by inserting thin needles superficially into the skin to stimulate small wells of energy. These wells are acupuncture points and the energy itself is called Qi. Qi flows through acupuncture points along channels or meridians. Qi is sometimes translated as life-force energy. It animates, informs and enlivens all living things. Natural cycles are disrupted if Qi is not flowing smoothly or abundantly and we become symptomatic, disconnected or diseased. Adjusting Qi with acupuncture encourages the body, mind and spirit back into balance and health. Acupuncture addresses each person individually and holistically and is as much a road to self-discovery as well as to healing.

  Hot Stone Massage:

  Hot stone massage is a natural therapy in which warmed stones are positioned on parts of the body to maximize the therapeutic benefit. The stones used are typically river rocks or other very smooth-surfaced stones made of basalt. These stones are heated in sanitized water before use. The high iron content in basalt helps the stones retain heat during the massage. Hot stone massages are beneficial on both physical and psychological levels.

  Aroma Therapy Massage:

  Julieanna specifically designed her own technique to detox the lymphatic system while enhancing a person's mood and/or overall health. The treatment uses volatile and expensive pure essential oils and compounds extracted from plants that have been blended with a base oil to dilute their potency. Pure essential oils are blended together to achieve specific results such as relaxation, revitalization or stress reduction. Essentially, a combination of results is achieved through the aromatherapy massage. This is a very relaxing treatment that has true detoxifying effects and can be used to treat a wide range of circulatory, digestive, respiratory and neuromuscular complaints.
  
  Combining the senses of smell and touch, her unique blend of essential oils is guaranteed to lure you away into relaxation.

  Reflexology Treatment:

  By using acupressure and massage on the hands and feet which correspond to various parts of the body, one will benefit from improved circulation, detoxification, and the body's ability to heal itself.

  Herbal Tea:

  
  
  -Devil's Claw: This unique blend has anti-inflammatory properties and helps relieve pain from gout, joint pain and also aids in mobility for people with muscle injuries/general pain. It is also a digestive stimulant. 1 for 4 bags.
  
  -Apple Cider Vinegar: While not really a tea, this particular liquid aids in numerous things. It helps prevent hair loss, softens the skin and can even be used as a disinfectant if used the right way. Have arthritis? No problem! Julieanna will simply mix a few table spoons of honey in and it's ready to go! A few tablespoons a day also helps speed up the metabolism. 2 for a hearty cup.
  
  -Black Seed Oil/Tea: The constituents in black cumin oil have been shown to have health benefits for stomach aches, asthma, bronchitis, coughs, and fevers. Vanilla and honey added to this gives it a unique taste and the oil itself is also good for hair and for use as an anti-inflammatory. 1 for a small vile of the oil and 2 for 5 bags of tea.
  
  -Cinnamon: Self-explanatory, but it is a soothing blend that helps with a variety of things. When drank as a mixture in tea it's a powerful anti-bacterial for colds and the flu while improving the taste of other bitter herbs. As an oil, it helps spread warmth and energy. 1 for 4 bags. 5 for a vial of oil.
  
  -Coconut tea: There are numerous claims that adding coconut oil to your diet increases energy, balances hormones, and stimulates the thyroid gland. The cholesterol-lowering properties of coconut oil are linked directly to this ability to stimulate thyroid function. Coconut oil raises your metabolic rate, helping to release energy and promote weight loss. 1 for 4 bags.
  
  -Epimedium tea: Having problems with 'getting it up?' Well look no further! This unique blend of tea with honey /and/ cinnamon (to help with taste) helps with male potency, libido and can also be used as an aphrodisiac. It's also proven to help with asthma and bronchitis as well as helping to slow down the aging process and promote longevity. 2 for 6 bags.
  
  -Hops tea: This special blend of tea helps with insomnia, nervousness and also possesses a sedative quality and helps relax muscles. When combined with other herbs in the aid of anti-anxiety, it helps to alleviate nervousness. 1 for 8 bags.

  Massage Oils:

  Can be bought separately or with a massage (+2 for the latter.) All oils come in a 6oz glass bottle.
  
  Coconut oil works wonders for dry and damaged skin, cuts, bruises, and speeds the healing while it fights infection. Coconut oil forms a protective barrier to hold in moisture while penetrating into the deeper layers of the skin to help keep connective tissues strong and supple. Coconut oil is readily absorbed into the skin, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. It aids in exfoliating the outer layer of dead skin cells, making the skin smoother. Coconut oil is used to treat dry and damaged hair and is a lathering ingredient for natural shampoos and soaps. Apply warm coconut oil to damp hair and keep covered for 15 minutes. 3
  
  -Lavender and Vanilla (proven to aid in the process of relaxation) 2
  
  -Mandarin 2 . This particular oil is also useful for the treatment of scar tissue, relief of anxiety and insomnia.
  
  -Frankincense is considered a precious essential oil for a reason. It is often used for grounding, to deepen breathing, soothe coughs, aid in meditation, and just for relaxing. It has anti-inflammatory and antidepressant properties. 2
  
  -Bergamot is a versatile essential oil with a pleasant, spicy citrus aroma. It is often used to relieve feelings of depression, improve mood, or aid in fighting addictions (including food). 2 (This particular oil is photo-sensitizing. Try not to go out in the sun for long periods of time after using this.)
  
  -Sandalwood: This warm, sweet and wood-like scent is good for blending but also works well on its own. It is believed to help with coughs, anxiety, depression, or stomach/digestive complaints. 2
  
  -Eucalyptus: During cough and cold season, it is a must to have eucalyptus on hand. Not only does it help ward off germs, it eases chest and sinus congestion. 2
  
  -Peppermint is a treat for tired feet, cooling for gladiators/fighters or hot flashes, and stimulating for the mind. Additionally, many find it helpful for breathing and focusing. 2 The scent is intense; a little goes a long way.

  
  
  

  Pain-relieving salve:

  Applied to the affected area for instant relief. It comes in a medium-sized jar, hence the price and will last anywhere between 5-10 hours depending on the size of the individual. Proven to work on dragons and werewolves. *Please note that a cooling effect will occur during the application process and this does NOT heal wounds, just provides temporary pain relief, as the name suggests*
