Biography

Oxtavious is a bit rough around the edges, He's got quite the temper. Since he is Sluagh a mix breed nether the Seelie or Unseelie really accept him and as a child he was mostly peoples whipping boy, now grown he is forceful to get his way. He likes to take what he wants and laughs about it.
