  Cecil Cohen was born in 1902 to Cecil Cohen Sr and Ruby Cohen (Luciano) His mother was a seamstress and his father worked in the factories, He had 3 brothers and 2 sisters of which he was the second youngest child. His father was drafted for the great war and was killed in battle as was his oldest brother, the family was thrown into economic strains as they tried to survive off what little his mother made. By the 1920's he wound up joining part of the anti-prohibition movement, helping smuggle liquor into the speakeasy he ran at the time, and working with the mafia. It was during a smuggling operation that he met his end during a gun fight with the police, his comrades died in the gun fight and he was mortally wounded, it was then that he was given a second chance at life in the form of a bite.
  
  He lived for decades with his maker, A vampire by the name of Warick, a billionaire business man who was cruel to Cecil, keeping him more as a pet that he used whenever he pleased. When he was let go in the late 1950's Cecil tried to make his own life, preferring not to dwell so much on his past. He embraced the loss of his humanity, while trying his best to keep from becoming the monster his maker had tried to turn him into.

  Predator Style: Normally Cecil pays for blood, being too busy to actually hunt. But when he does he uses seduction mostly, he doesn't discriminate on gender when he feeds, usually he leaves his victims alive. He almost never turns others into vampires and has as of yet never turned anyone.
