Drusilla Nailo

An elven beauty that seemed to draw the gazes of all regardless of gender or persuasion in an almost unnatural way. She walked with a odd gait, her right leg seeming to fall a little heavier than her left. But it made her hips sway almost hypnotically. Her left hand held a long black staff in it's gloved hand, the entire length polished smooth. Her wardrobe was simple, yet uneven. She wore a white dress slit up to her hips on both sides, but that's were normal stopped. Her entire left arm was covered with a long black leather glove, while her right had only a small fingerless mate. And the same for her legs, her entire right leg covered with a boot, while the left barely went past her ankle. What was she hiding?

Her grandmother on her mothers side was a Nymph. This grants her several benefits (aside from a huge boost to charisma). She's unnaturally beautiful, this means all species and genders find her physically attractive. Though that's it, she holds no sway over them because of this unless they let her. She can also use her innate magic to make someone focus solely on her for a short time. This fascination is magical, and can be resisted, but with her charisma it's not easy.

As a true spell prodigy she has been both shunned and cursed by the gods. This makes her body weaker than normal, and it's far easier for her to get sick. But thanks to her belt she shows no signs of this aside from sickly pale flesh. She also cannot be healed by divine magic, as the gods refuse to aid her. The only good side to this is it has bolstered her mental abilities and made her arcane magic that much stronger.

Looks - A note on her looks. There are certain tell-tale signs of typical Vampires. But they don't all apply to her. See, the first is skin color. Not only is she a moon elf, which tend to be fairly pale, but she has always been sickly pale due to her near constant failing health in life. Now in undeath, her skin tone is mostly unchanged. She does however have that smooth, almost porcelain like skin one tends to think of with undead.
In like her eyes were a soft amethyst, a rare color sure, but since gaining her full magical potential her eyes have been disolved by the pure, raw, arcane power she controls and have been replaced by crackling, arcing orbs or purple energy that give off light like a purple candle.
Also, there's the typical fangs. Her's don't retract.
So, she hides it. She uses illusion magic to give her skin some flaws, alter her eyes back to normal, and hide the fangs. But it's just an illusion, and can be seen through once contact is made.

Scent - Cinnamon, Lavender, "Dragon's Blood", and Graveyard Dirt

Special Note - Due to her nature as a (secret) Lich and her (prestige class) Magus anyone that see's her true form is hit with a powerful wave of magical fear. (In D&D terms this would require a Will Save versus a Difficulty Class of 65. Failure of the save by ten or more would leave the affected person cowering, paralyzed with fear. Failure by less than ten would cause the affected person to flee in terror as fast as they can. Passing the saving throw by less than ten and the affected person is visibly shaken, but able to hold their ground. Passing the save by ten or more and they're unaffected. This is an "epic" difficulty class, meaning someone of the same level as her who's highest saving throw is Will, and maxed out their Wisdom score as they leveled up [ignoring all other ability scores] and wearing an item that improves their saves on a maximum dice roll would get a 61. This means they HAVE to roll a natural 20 to make the save, and on a fail of 14 or lower they're cowering). All of this is why she uses illusion to hide her true appearance, she doesn't WANT to scare everyone. If someone see's through her illusion she has other spells to alter her appearance that aren't illusions that she can and will use.

What do these stats mean? For non D&D players (as this is where this character originated for me) this means:
Strength 36 = This means she can carry up to 1,224 pounds as a "Light Load" meaning it doesn't slow her down and is barely noticeable. A "Medium Load" which would slow her down some, but is otherwise no bother is up to 2,452 pounds. And a "Heavy Load" which would take visible effort to carry would be up to 3,680 pounds. A "Heavy Load" is als7o the max weight that can be lifted over head. She can lift up to a max of 7,360 pounds off the ground (without moving), and can push/pull/drag up to 18,400 pounds average.

Dexterity 30 = Her reflexes and reaction times are off the charts, a score of 24-25 and the move like water, reacting to all situations with almost no effort. At a 30, she's superhuman.

Constitution = She's undead, she doesn't have one. It's irrelevant, meaning she never tires from physical exertion, never gets sick, is immune to all poisons... She's a vampire, you get it.

Intelligence 28 = Again, to relate this a 24-25 would be a famous sage and genius. So without magic she's highly knowledgeable, probably the smartest person many people know. With the magic, she's smarter than some of the most intelligent people that have ever lived.

Wisdom 30 = The scales I found only go so high, but at 24-25 you'd be nearly prescient, able to reason far beyond logic. So at a 30 you're seeing larger patterns in the world around you and are able to understand how things relate other's would call coincidence or luck.

Charisma 52 = This is a hard one, as she's so far beyond the scales. At 24-25 you'd be renowned for wit, personality, and/or looks. With her being over double that, her beauty would be almost divine and her personality and wit would be second to none, if she chose to use it as such.

In all truth, she tends to (at least try) to down play all of these and actually appear weaker than average, especially physically. As a mage she's not used to combat, and as a vampire she likes it when she's underestimated. Makes hunting easier.

Gloves - Extra-dimensional Holding. They hold all her belongings in a small pocket plane hidden in the palms and allow her to use said items without removing them.

Boots - Stability. The make it impossible for her to be knocked over or pushed back unless she want's to.

Staff - A mages staff. It's almost indestructible, can be summoned to her hand, and allows her to use several spells without actually casting them.

Dress - Her dress is as fine, and soft as silk. But that's where normality ends. The thread that makes it up is spun mithril, making it as strong as any chain-mail armor, but is soft and flowing. It's also enchanted to protect her from enhance her confidence and her stealth, as well as being able to change it's look at her whim.

Belt (Which she wears above her breasts) - Magnificence. This belt magically enhances all of her abilities; strength, dexterity, intelligence, wisdom, and charisma.

Tattoo - The fairy on her back is a magical tattoo. It makes the area around her unhallowed. This is 120 feet in all directions and seems to power up undead.

She can of course detect magic, as well as read magical writing easy enough. And she can clean a single room or do simple street magician level illusions with ease. But the fun stuff is a lot stronger.

Evocation - She can conjure balls of fire that explode like a grenade, or shoot cones of air so cold it instantly freezes everything caught in it. But this takes time, and runs the risk of her spell being interrupted if she's not careful. Also, she can produce a small amount of acid suitable only for melting a lock or similar small target.

Transmutation - She can alter the size of a person (or parts of a person) larger or smaller up to double (or down to three quarters) the original size. This can also be done with objects, though people have a chance to resist if they are unwilling. She is also capable of altering her own body, able to grow new appendages (such as wings or extra arms). None of these changes are permanent, and last only a few hours unless dismissed earlier.

Permanency - With enough effort she can make any one spell permanent. Though this takes a significant amount of energy and is not done lightly. Doing so exhausts all of her magical energy for at least 24 hours (depending on what she's making permanent) and can weaken her even further.
