  Short history and abilitys
  
  Not a whole lot to say. Cobalt is still young, with much to learn. orphaned young he was taken in by the Black scales, A group of Half bloods that in time raised and taught him the ways of The Black Scale. His currant knowledge consists having trained in language arts, he is fluent in Dragonic as well as common. Among this he has also trained with the Black Scales School of the Martial Arts, proving to be nothing less a protege with a bow staff, he knows to mask his sent and hide for large amounts of time, waiting for the opportune moment to strike.
  
  For the most part he is self keeping and quiet. having an affinity to most animals, he has often been seen working the stables. However his personality is quite solitary, he will not stay in one place for very long with out good reason. As civil as he is, it does not mean he does not retain all functions of a Feral dragon. at the front of his jaw line, usually pulled agents the roof of his mouth, are two biting fangs, both hollow to allow the passing of a Nero toxin, Long term paralysis, and eventual death if left untreated.
