• Reading: Palympsi is an accomplished reader, thanks to her first owner. He taught her all the languages she knows and she's open minded enough to be taught others as well. Any language that she can currently understand, she can usually read and is very good at translating those languages from one to any of the others.
  
  Writing: Because she is well read, she is also very good at writing and has a very neat feminine script. Her signature:
  
  

  

  
  Math: Palympsi was only taught basic math, so she can't do anything more complicated than adding and subtracting, simple division and can only do multiplying up to twelve. Anything beyond that isn't something she's been taught.
  
  Singing: Once her best skill, poor little sweetling has long since been robbed of her voice. She can only make warbled chirps and mangled hums, in addition to clicking her beak, nothing more. Her vocal chords are destroyed to the point that even making those small sounds is a struggle for her and she can't get above a whisper no matter how hard she tries. Ciamath has restored her voice and she is once again singing happily and beautifully.
  
  Dancing: Little hybrid was also an accomplished dancer before she lost three of her toes. Her balance is now off and it makes standing and walking awkward enough. She can still dance a little, as long as it's not too complicated. She's best at belly dancing as it doesn't require much walking or moving about, but even then it's a little shaky. Ciamath has restored her toes and thus enabled her to resume her dancing as well.
  
  Cooking: The girl is slightly above average with cooking. She was used mostly to entertain so she's not great in the kitchen, but she won't burn down the place either. She can put together a decent, edible meal.
  
  Cleaning: Being that she has OCD and loves being clean, she has strong cleaning skills and would make a very good maid. Her disorder makes it so she has to have things absolutely, perfectly clean and precise before she's satisfied. This includes general housecleaning and laundry. She's not so much good at yardwork but she'll try!
  
  Bath Girl: Despite the fact that she has aquaphobia and haphephobia, her OCD towards cleanliness makes her a very good bath attendant. She is gentle in her ministrations to those she cleans as long as they don't touch her in return, and she makes sure they are absolutely spotless before they leave her care. She will not wash the hip/buttock/gential area due to her general erotophobia.
  
  Pleasure: Being that Palympsi's virginity was forcibly taken from her, she has no knowledge of how to pleasure others. The thought of any kind intimacy or physical contact of any variety terrifies the girl and she hates that her clothing is so dirty and barely hides anything because it makes her OCD go nuts and makes her extremely nervous around others, mostly men and manly looking women.
  
  Clothing Repair: While she's not an epic seamstress, she is fairly good at repairing clothing and sewing. She knows how to embroider and make things pretty and does her best to use this skill to keep what tattered remains of clothing she has in as best condition as possible.
  
  Business Assistant: Since she is well read and written, she would make a good secretary or business assistant. She is efficient at taking notes and has an excellent memory. She wouldn't be good for accounting unless the financial portion of the business was very basic, due to her mediocre math skills.
  
  Musical Instrument - Stringed: Since she was an primarily an entertainment slave, she was taught to play stringed instruments, having an affinity for them, especially the harp and sitar, which were used to accompany her singing before she lost her voice. Even without being able to sing, if it has strings, more than likely, she can play it or will learn very quickly how to play it.
  
  Musical Instrument - Percussion: Due to her skills as a former and still mostly able belly dancer, Palympsi can play the finger cymbals and tambourine as well as a recent and exotic instrument, the hang (pronounced hung). She's still learning this one, but she's very quickly learning to master the interesting thing. She usually plays it accompanied by the banakulas, otherwise known as the cas cas (pronounced with the short a sound) shaker and a string of bells, usually tied around an ankle.
