    Ardaen Lucas Donnelly is a well-built man with thick muscles, shaggy dirty-blonde hair and bright blue-gray eyes. His body is mostly covered in gnarly scars, most of which he earned in his military career but several he received from the abuse of his father as a child. On top of that he has several tattoos, with plans to add to his collection of body art over time.

  • Biography

    Ardaen is the oldest of three brothers. The three of them grew up in a rather rough home, with a very abusive father and a submissive mother. He was very obedient on the surface, choosing to pick is fights behind closed doors, an action that separated him from his younger brothers. In school he was forced to be active in sports, when he preferred the arts. Sneaking art classes in between practices he secretly applied to art school near graduation and received several dozen acceptance letters and full scholarships.

    When his father found out Ardaen's dreams, and the dream to run away with his then boyfriend, were dashed as he was forced to enlist and shipped out the evening after he received his diploma. Making the most of a horrible situation Daen dug into his job, living breathing and practically dying in his unit he fought hard and won several medals for distinguished service. Though he cannot talk about his awards, due to the nature of his missions, he is a highly decorated Captain.

    During one of his leaves he was at a bar when a woman named Heather slipped something into his drink and sunk herself into his life further pushing his brothers out of it with her temperament and behavior. She was just after his inheritance though and whenever they were together Heather would keep him highly medicated, to the point where his body was starting to shut down and he was getting more injured in the field. One day while on a mission, well after they were married and had a son, she filed for divorce and left their son in their house alone after calling Daen's brother Cael.

    Going AWOL in order to get home to his son Daen found himself arrested, charged with abandonment, and dishonorably discharged from the military. He was stripped of all his benefits, rank, and awards. Forced to leave base he took what little he and Rider had left and stayed with his brothers until they helped him get back on his feet. The three brothers currently own Enchanted Comics and Collectables, and are currently trying to rebuild their relationships and family again.
