  Elemental - Air: Being that Andreus essentially made of air, he has a perfect mastering of manipulating it. He can do anything with air. Anything. Including steal it from the lungs of others and cause them to suffocate. He has the ability to become incorporeal and invisible at will as well.
  
  Elemental - Water: Water is a close element to air and as such, Andre has spent years while he was still a bodyless entity in the sky perfecting his mastering of this skill. Like air, he can do anything with water - including all of its states, solid, liquid and gaseous. Because of this mastery, he can also turn into water at will and fuse with any water source, which is a good way for travelling long distances if he doesn't want to fly.
  
  Elemental - Lightning: Another ability Andre posses as an air elemental is the ability to conjure and control lightning. This is something he shares with his brother, Cersie. His lightening is usually (pardon the unintentional pun) electric blue in color, fused with swirls of black. He can throw it in balls or bolts and can become a lightning rod during natural (not ones he causes) and electrical storms, which amps up the power of the lightning he can produce.
  
  Elemental Fusion - Storms: Because of his mastery of air and water, Andre can also fuse the two elements in anyway he chooses, though the most common is causing storms, which is something else he and Cersie share, a skill tied to their emotions. So if he gets upset, more than likely there will be a storm brewing on the horizon.
  
  Flight: Well, he's made of air so it's not hard to imagine that he can fly. This is a pretty obvious skill given what he is.
  
  Healing - Self: Andre is "immortal" but that doesn't mean he can't die. He's just very hard to kill. Whenever he's been damaged substantially, he flies as high in the sky as he can to avoid being disturbed and goes into a comatose state while the natural air around him heals his wounds. This process is time consuming and because water has better healing properties than air, he tends to fuse with water supplies instead as it cuts his healing time in half.
  
  Healing - Others: While he is capable of healing himself, his ability to heal others is halved. He can use his abilities to help, but only so much, mainly dependent on the severity of the wound.
  
  Shapeshifting - Felines: Andre has the ability to shift into other species, and his choice is feline. Usually feral. He can still speak in these forms, though the pattern is much more broken. He tends to stick with larger jungle cats and the like, though any feline is fair game. He is always gray with pale blue markings when he is in feral form.
  
  Information Gathering: Andre is adept at gathering information and makes a very good spy. He won't reveal his methods, but he can always guarantee and confirm information he's gathered and knowledge he's gained.
  
  Stealth: Given he can become invisible and incorporeal at will, this makes for an outstanding ability to be stealthy. This couples with his information gathering though he can only remain invisible or incorporeal for a limited, though lengthy amount of time and must rest a full 8 hours before he can do it again.
  
  Singing: He's a former opera singer and still has a good set of pipes on him so he can definitely still belt it out.
  
  Craft - Potions: Due to his strong manipulation of water and his vast understandings of its properties, he's gained a fascination with fiddling with potions and he's gotten quite good at it but it's not perfect. It's a skill he's working on making perfect however and so far, he hasn't had too many failures. A list of his potions is available upon request.

  Fire: This is one of his biggest weaknesses, being that he's made of air and fire consumes air to grow in size. He, like Cersie, is terrified of fire and he'll avoid it as much as he can.
  
  Earth: Earth is suffocating to him. He doesn't like being dirty and being underground makes him extremely nervous. Too much earth surrounding him stifles his abilities and tends to make him hectic and unpredictable.
  
  Alcohol - Scotch: Though he's a very high functioning one, Andre is a raging alcoholic and scotch especially is a kryptonite to him. Get him some scotch and he's your best friend. Tends to gorge himself on this and gets drunk quickly, which, like it's supposed to, inhibits his abilities and motor skills.. and verbal skills... All skills really.
  
  Cersie: His little brother his his biggest emotional weakness. Anything harming him or hurting him or even threatening him will put Andre into an instant rage. He'd do anything for Cersie, including murder innocent children. Anything to keep his dearest brother safe.
  
  *Note: In addition, he is like most and can be harmed by any number of weapons or magics, save those that match up with his 2 elements. His body is by no means indestructible. He gets wounded and bleeds like everyone else.
