  As a being of both land and sea, Shayn possesses the ability to shift in and out of his separate forms, and he usually utilizes this as a means to hide the other from public view. This all depends on the immediate state of the area he's standing in, and by no means is exclusive, nor can he control it; legs on land, fin at sea. If someone were to harbor deep-seated hatred, for example, nothing is stopping them from coming at him with a pail of extremely concentrated saltwater, the effect will be the same. This usually the best way to get the public to believe claims of sorcery, or whatever.
  
  With his 27^th birthday coming upon him, he feels more pressed to find someone to settle down with now, more than ever. With the notion that he's been destined to take for himself a wife that'd provide little more than a bolster to his bloodline, rebellion reigns rampant in his thoughts and he's beginning to think he may actually prefer venturing the other side of the fence for a change, provided they aren't entirely privy to his status, among other prominent things.

  Build|| Mesomorph; actively keeps fit in order to hold respect and keep it. Height|| 6'4" Weight|| 182 lbs Complexion|| Moderate; as tanned as can be for someone who's lived underwater all their life.

  Tattoos|| Three, no recollection of what they're from or what they're mean to resemble. Piercings|| None apparent. Scars|| Stomach; spear wound, no recollection of the blow itself.

  Eyes|| Brown; reflecting a higher-than-average intellect and awareness, piercing. Hair|| Brown; usually kempt as royalty dictates, nothing but a mess since his incidence.   Personality||
  What people see on the outside will rarely ever reflect the man being contained within. As the next in line to inherit his mother's court, status constantly decrees that his personality stand tall as if a bulwark of control and respect. Unfortunately, he's never broken free of his desires to act like the little boy he once was and, while under the cover of darkness, will often find himself beneath the ocean waves letting jovial laughter echo among the currents as he chases around schools of fish and bigger sea dwelling creatures (primarily dolphins), imagining they were the friends he once knew during his schooling.
  
  

  Chivalry; one of his absolute biggest virtues, he's never one to walk away from someone in trouble, be they dame or knight. He'll also harbor no hidden emotion should someone choose to criticize him for it in any way.
  
  Loyalty; almost as big a virtue, but much less dominant in scope. This mostly all boils down to alliances and relations, and he'll easily put some people ahead of others if its for a good cause. The good outweighs the bad, so to speak.

  
  Psychology||
  A fair balance of introversion of extroversion, can usually attribute either as a means to an end and generally implies its simply for bettering his social standing. He's an obvious social butterfly when he needs to be, but keeps to himself when he's off preparing ground tactics for any impending skirmishes.

  Prim and proper, like he was raised.

  Doesn't really see himself as either for the people or for himself, just usually goes with the flow but doesn't tend to restrict either variance.

  He's comfortable with using either, but finds himself frequently favoring his left hand, lately.
  
  Mannerisms||
  Since birth, he's constantly been reprimanded for this and that; trivial things that would often make obvious he was enjoying his childhood. As he grew older, lessons arose that taught him a thing or three about making appearances and never letting on if something got to him in either a positive or negative fashion, and he's grown to settle into these lessons as if it were in his genome. He rarely slouches, often keeps himself contained when speaking to others, and has weirdly-polite table-side manners.

  Every memory prior to Shayn's landing in New Versailles has been thoroughly and methodically eradicated and/or replaced with something that may or may not have happened while on the streets of Louisiana; someone really doesn't want him to remember who he is.
