He also has heavy scarring around his mouth from his Glasgow smile injury, and at his elbows/knees where his new limbs were grafted on.

  Brief Background

  
  
  

  Tombstone was a soldier turned handyman in life, first a member of the Reconnaissance Battalion of the US Marine Corps, honorably discharged for exceptional completion of duty. He was raised by a single mother; his father died when he was young. She taught him kindness and protection above all else. He took this to the extreme and began killing those he saw as evil or cruel. Being that money was tight, he disposed of the bodies by eating them. He was eventually caught and locked up in a mental institution when he was deemed unfit to stand trial. Being he had no family or next of kin (his mother had died many years prior), the hospital used him as a guinea pig and performed many horrific experiments on him, mostly without anesthesia. It's suspected there was demonic magic involved, hence his bizarre powers. He hangs out in the hospital where he was left to die, now that it's closed and decrepit.
