  || How far do you think one man is willing to go, to preserve a false identity? Very far. Dracula has taken great efforts to ensure his 'human alibi' is concrete. To the point of manipulating an older couple into believing they had adopted him as a child, forging legal birth and adoption records, high school degree's, and even formally attending an institute of higher learning.

  "Gabriel Lucard, LL.B. born 1964, late December. He was adopted by Augustine and Christina Lucard at the age of four and lived an average life in the Eastern city of Constanta, Romania. (Once known as an ancient metropolis, Constantine.)
  
  He graduated from the University of Bucharest with his Judicial Degree, working as probationary lawyer with a local firm, before passing his bar-examination and moving on to become one of the most successful Civil Prosecutors of his peers. After twenty four years of service, he advanced to Judge, within the Constitutional Court of Romania where he continued to work until his early retirement in 2013 due to health concerns.
  
  Gabriel and his partner, Lumina Silver, are believed to have retired to a large city known as San Angeles, found in the state of California, USA. There are rumors that Gabriel has shown interested in setting up a small firm within the city, and allowing himself to be used for consultations and advisory purposes to smaller businesses in the area."
