  08/07: Yokan slapped a faerie and we all know what that means!

  

  07/03: Yokan has been freed with conditional indentured servitude to the Tether's guards. He couldn't be happier! [OOC: pardon me while I fix and rearrange things to accommodate his new free man status.]
  06/14: Yokan has been seen again, keeping a low profile and being abnormally quiet. After dealing with two dragons on the docks near the end of the last big issue, the male has been still polite bust most definitely more terse than usual.
  
  05/01: Yokan has gone into relative hiding given the scourge of infectious ....things just about everywhere. With the Underhall in disrepair, one might happen to see him coming and going from a particular Merchant's suite frequently. When he is out and about, he comes equipped with a thick cloth ready to be tied over his face at the first sign of filth. This is one man who absolutely refuses to get sick.
  
  2/7: Yokan's rutting season is over, and he's quite grateful for that. Now with mildly increased testosterone levels going back to normal, he's back to his normal passive self.
  
  01/5: Yokan's finally feeling a bit better! The island is warming up and he's almost back to his old self. He's not ready to run around in just a kilt though, but he has shrugged off his coat and scarf. Along with many others with woodworking skills, he's been assigned to help with dock/furniture repairs.
  
  12/28: Even with the mage plaguing the island dead, the cold only seems to have gotten worse and so has the crocodile. He sleeps often and has been a rare sight as of late. The poor beast is struggling to fight against natural instinct to hibernate.
  
  12/09: Yokan's winter clothing has been enchanted with a warmth spell thanks to Ssussun, he's fairing much better now with a scarf wrapped around his tail. Still a bit sluggish but much better.
  
  12/06: The poor poor crocodile is damn cold, even more so than most people suffering under the freak winter storm. Even with new warm clothes given to him, he is still unable to obtain much in the way of body heat or keep what he gets. His movements are sluggish and his mind seems to have slowed down as well. Such is the way of a cold-blooded creature trying to resist going into a state of torpor.
  
  10/28: Yokan has been made a trial house slave of the Golden Tether. He is highly pleased and proud of his new position.
  
  10/19: Yokan has been resold to the Tether by Nero Draconis at his own request after the disappearance of his owner. He is back in the harem.
  
  08/22: Crocodile again and incredibly happy for it!
  
  08/11: Yokan has been allowed admittance into the harem. He is very proud of his accomplishments. His free time also is being spent making gifts as ways to apologize to his Mistress for insulting her.
  
  08/01: Yokan has been informed of the death of his ex-lover. In his human state he is having difficulty adjusting to the news and has been punished for snapping at Chaffen by wearing a foul-tasting gag that made him throw up repeatedly. Currently keeping a tight rein on speaking unless absolutely necessary.
  
  07/22: Faerie Migration has started. Yokan is now human, and absolutely miserable about that fact given he has no tail and completely flat feet, making him incredibly off balance. His Blessing and everything related to it is also on the fritz, making his emotions far closer to the surface and his water magic very... unpredictable. Even his mind so highly structured is having difficulty adjusting to new information and some things are likely to be forgotten.
  
  6/24: Yokan has lost his arena fight, and due to his losses costing his Master money, has been set up to be rented once again as long as said rentals do not cause him injury. He has been set with the goal of earning 300 gold. To supplement, he is also selling hand crafted wood or bone items.
  
  6/15: Yokan has spent most of the duration of his injury time studying. He has finally fully mastered Common reading and writing and is now healed up and ready to fight in the arena once again.
  
  5/20: Extreme injury at the hands of Duron Methedon in an arena fight. His back injury makes moving around too much painful.
  
  4/16: Purchased by Chaffen.
  
  4/14: Experiencing symptoms of elemental withdrawal. Getting twitchy.
  
  4/8: First arena fight. Got his ass handed to him by Mothi, but he still enjoyed it and is pleased with himself for having participated.
  
  04/01: Renewed by the trip, Yokan returns to the island seemingly reinvigorated and seeking to enroll in the arena.
  
  02/27: Rented - Yokan has been rented by Voidswimmer for an off-island voyage.
  
  02/24: Despondent. In the wake of the war ending and Yokan sent back to the cages, he feels he'll never escape them. Along with issues in his social life, the crocodile's personality has been even more reserved than usual.
  
  2/23: Appearances. Yokan has roused from an intense automatic state of meditation looking worse for wear but surprisingly unharmed. Only the Gods and those closest to him might know that the shaman mask that was beginning to crack has been repaired. He can be seen on the beaches or at the fringes of the jungle, staying relatively out of sight for fear of his recapture.
  
  2/17: Missing! Yokan was last seen wandering off into the jungle alone and in a meditative zombie-like stupor. There is a possibility of him occasionally being spotted, but soon as he is, he is gone before anyone can pursue. Gods know what is happening in the crocodile's mind to make him abandon his beliefs, his honor, and his duty.
  
  2/15: His old staff has been destroyed during a fiery battle in which his dear friend Gazal was captured. With her in the hands of the Drakorians, he has made a NEW staff reflecting his willingness to sacrifice everything he believes in to end this war and get her back... including kill.
  
  2/8: Defection! With the removal of his collar, Yokan seemingly seeks fealty under a new banner. He now offers his services in memory extraction for interrogation purposes - 5 gold. He attacked slaves seeking to make an escape from the Main Hall and was injured.
  
  2/7: Yokan missed the final battle to hold the Tether, having been out fishing to provide for himself and others during the time. He is now in the jungle among patrons and slaves alike who fled the establishment. He is also beginning to experience the symptoms of elemental withdrawal again.
  
  2/4: Yokan has been given his staff and appointed to guard and protect patrons. He takes this privilege as a great honor and very seriously.
  
  1/23: Yokan is being punished for tail-slapping a doctor.
  
  1/18: Second rental went well for Yokan again. In exchange for time without the suppression collar, Yokan has been assigned by Paladia to look out for anyone renting slaves due to their magical abilities. He's keeping a watch eye out for those. Slave training has begun under the tutelage of his friend Gazal.
  
  1/14: Yokan's tongue stitches have been removed, the last great barrier to him learning to pronounce things. He still has a ways to go, but there is no longer a physical barrier to him doing so.
  
  1/12: Thanks to a nice rental by a doe named Dia who allowed his collar to be removed and took him with her to the jungle, Yokan is no longer afflicted by the symptoms of elemental withdrawal. In fact, he is feeling better than before with a renewed sense of livelihood and vigor.
  
  1/11: Fully experiencing the symptoms of elemental withdrawal - nervousness, chills, aches, unsettled stomach
  
  1/9: Starting to experience the symptoms of elemental withdrawal.
  
  12/28: First rental went well. Post-cold-bath cuddles with two cat furres was a pleasant way to warm up and spend the evening.
  
  12/27: After careful observation, Yokan has determined that human females are the most dangerous of the patrons to mess around with, ironic since his first acquaintance with Others was a human female.
  
  12/22: Yokan has been released from basic slave training by The Golden Tether staff. He has been deemed suitable for rent or to buy for those willing to risk purchasing a fresh-off-the-boat slave. He is still very confused about many things and dislikes being surrounded by so many, and is therefore somewhat withdrawn.   1. Para/multi-para RP preferred - Some mind-talking acceptable. I prefer to add thinking into my posts because a lot of Yokan's inner thoughts are in some way displayed on his person. He rather unconsciously broadcasts his thoughts with the way he moves, so there will be times that he is having a bit of an inner monologue and that can be seen in his body. Please stick to full Furcadia posts (a paragraph) whenever possible.
  
  2. TGT canon preferred- I.E.- Low(ish) Technology, High Fantasy, Dragonlands oriented. Purchase that removes Yokan from this canon or completely from public RP is unacceptable. I enjoy playing him here for a reason. I like the people and the atmosphere.
  
  3. This one should be duh by now. Do not confuse my character's actions with my own. I am not a crocodile human thing. Just a normal human thing. I do not have scales nor wield Captain Planet powers. Please don't confuse the two.
  
  4. Very Whisper Friendly! I don't mind one single bit and enjoy making new friends. BUT! I RP with whoever I want no matter what other people think, so please keep your grudges against so-and-so and the he-said-she-said to yourself because they aren't going to sway my opinion on other people.
  
  5. On the lines of being Whisper Friendly, I AM really, but that doesn't mean I enjoy one-sided conversations. If 90% of the time you talk about yourself or your character I'll get bored quickly. I'm not your therapist and I'm not a reporter interested in you or your character's amazing or horrifying life story.
  
  6. Sort of an addendum to 4 and 5. I would like to consider myself a nice person despite my frequent insistence to the contrary. Know NOW, if you break my rules numerous times, I will begin to be less forgiving of them. In general I offer people many chances to forgive and forget and move on, but repeating the same offense over and over again gets tiresome.
  
  6. Do not auto-hit, auto-grope, auto-force, auto-win. Generally I will allow ANYTHING to happen to my character, but I am not a No Consent player.Therefore, your character does not have the right to automatically enforce whatever they please. Please respect my character enough to give him a chance to react. This is how mature, well-rounded RPers write. They attempt to punch, they seek to steal a kiss, and try to grab that watch from Yokan's hand. That does not mean that if he acts up, he should not be punished. It merely means he should be given the opportunity to struggle, fight, act, react before and after punishment. This rule does not apply, of course, to TGT admin, but I would like to be talked to OOCly if there is to be anything of that nature going on.
  
  7. Please alert me if you must AFK or have to go. I am a patient person and will likely be willing to wait as long as I am told ahead of time. If you are absent of post for more than a 45 minutes, I will be moving on. 30 minutes at most if I am in a public RP setting.
  
  8. Yes, I am an Artist. No, don't ask me for free art nor ever expect you will receive any. Asking is one of the only ways you can for sure get on my shit list almost instantly, even joking. Because it isn't a joke to me, ever.
