• Biography

  Born of a Elven father and Human mother, father was a druid and mother was a High Priestess, Eythil was taught from both sides, every life was sacred, every soul was pure. When he was a young child, he lived with his mother in a human village, father coming to see him every weekend. His parents were in love, though unable to truly be together due to there duties. Eythil was ridiculed by many of the children in town due to having pointed ears, but he never let it get him down, instead he wore a smile and continued day after day to try and make friends, and eventually his tenacity paid off. He befriended the biggest, toughest kid in class who, as it turned out, was like him, a half human. Though his friend was half Orc as opposed to half Elf. The two grew together, trained together, and at the age of fourteen, they both had dreams of grandeur, to join the Royal Army! Eythil wanted to be a Ranger while his friend wanted to be a Knight! Quite the duo the two would make! Death from above and death from the front! No one would be able to stop them!!
  
  The day of Eythil's fifteenth birthday brought his and his friends dream crashing and burning down. The village was raided by bandits, they burned all the buildings and killed everyone except for poor Eythil, who, at the time, was visiting his father who had gotten him early in the morning to take him to the river for a nice swim, he knew how much his son loved to swim. The two would see the smoke long before they made it to the village, at which put, Eythil broke into a run to the village. The first thing he saw, was not the fire, not the corpses, not even the smoldering remains of the buildings. His mother, stuck on a pike, her body beaten and battered, and laying at her feet? His best friend, arrows pierced almost every inch of his body, Eythil could do nothing more than fall to his knees as tears streamed down his face. His father came to his side and saw his love on the pike, fighting back tears of his own, he grabbed his sons shoulder and ripped him from the ground, pulling him away from the village as fast as he could.
  
  The two would travel to Eythil's fathers home, a grand city where Wood Elves resided in the trees. His father went to the grand Elder to tell the man what had happened and ask for his son to be able to live among them. After what seemed like forever to Eythil, who had by now slumped against a tree, tears all but dried up. The gazes of the Elves on him made him so very uncomfortable, the hushed whispers, the looks, it made him feel unwanted, which made him slump even more against the tree. His father finally returned to tell his son he would be permitted to stay with only two stipulations, one, he had to continue ranger training, and two, he had to leave the village the moment his training was completed. With only a nod given to his father, he followed his dad to the home he would stay in for the next few years.
  
  The following day, he was thrust immediately into training. Because of his years of archery while with the humans, he excelled at every task that fell to him. Days turned to months and he was at the top of his class, outshooting even the full blooded classmates of his. Still, he was given no respect. Months turned to years and finally the day came his training was completed, he was a full fledged ranger and thus was given the rewards that came with the title. He was given a wolf named Ban Foal who showed his dislike for Eythil by biting him many times over. Eighteen, a Ranger with nothing more than training, his bow, and a wolf, Eythil left the Elven village and started his life for the first time, his choices were his own to make.
