From Curse to a New Story
The Peryton. The winged stag that feasts upon the hearts and flesh of mortal and sentient beings while casting the shadow of a man.
The Blue Stag, Myrine, had seen one recently. Knowing the fates had sent him to her for a reason. Here in Guildereim, far from Sparta she was mortal. Surrounded by supernatural beings, immortal beings and magic users.
She had found her life long friend, yet now she can not remember his face or his name. Something erased. But only to find out he too was no longer human. This is all she remembers.
They had become lovers. Pledged themselves to each other and to love no other. Even going so far as to brand one another but deep inside Myrine knew this was not to be. For she was mortal and he was not. She would grow old and die while he lived on. Not only causing him grief but would he move on and she be only a blink in his lifetime? But who was he?
Other magic users and supernaturals surrounded him and one could only help but feel left behind.
A djinn by the name of Afrit came to her when she was out in the gardens. Pleasant talk turned to promises of gifts and wishes. Of course how could she believe he could make her stronger and immortal when she was born a human? The challenge was taken. She wished to always remain. She wished to be strong and be able to fight. .
The wish was granted, and with all things magick, came with a price.
To keep her immortality she became the peryton, to feast upon the flesh of mortals and sentient beings.
She did this because of love. But now that love is forgotten and erased by time.

But the Peryton curse finally was washed away by Artemis herself. Having taken pity upon the woman that had bled and suffered a new blessing.
Myrine was to become the embodiment of Gemini. The Twins.
Upon each Crecent moon phase Myrine would become a man. The physical being of her brother if he had lived and thrived. Actaeon. -
To the modern world
Fighting through wars and throughout time. Chasing Achilles and finding him each and every time. To live and then be taken to the next war.
She has now come to be in this modern world. A fighter without a war. Keeping the secret.
Her job? Bounty Hunter. Underground fighter.
