  • To the normal, untrained eye to many a supernatural one may only feel that it is odd that her tattoo is something one moment and that its position has changed or the scene is wholly different. It's uncanny - uncomfortable even the way you simply can't remember whether or not it should have been a dragon or was it a tiger? A dangerous, abrasive connotation sighing akin to settling glacier only finding reminiscence to a deep - dark sink hole in usually clear waters. The most adventurous take the dive only to become stuck and drowned in the miasma of it all. Or become frozen fixtures along a dangerous road. Like life, many do not make it out unscathed -- so will you risk it all to earn their attention and appraisal?
    Simply placed;
    Daryl has a collective of different monsters living within her body as a vessel.


    They are a constant presence and can be seen as a seal in the form of a ever moving tattoo. Who ever is the most dominant would be the one featured, if there is conflict for that then multiples may appear as if people pressing their dirty faces on a shop window during Christmas. Over the years, more and more have been added to the collective; over time the monsters have cultivated a distrust and hatred for their previous vessels due to their situation. But one thing is for certain Daryl has been the only human thus far that they all have agreed to like due to circumstances and situations that has caused them to begrudgingly respect her and that insatiable drive.

    Regardless of who is riding shotgun at the time; the creatures taking residence within her have provided multiple pros to their existence. They add to her arsenal of defensive and offensive magical use along side amplifying abilities that were already there. Naturally, Daryl is a talented witch but did not grow up in an atypical coven or magical family setting. Instead learned from supernaturals that were around her such as family, friends, service men, classmates and customers as time marched on. The ability stems from both sides of her lineage but the ability to wield magic with out vocal incantation is wholly an ability her father's side had to offer. Stabbed with an affinity for water and lightning based spellwork on top of the warping, tattoos, ink manipulation and soul removal/insertion.

    However, these creatures have exacerbated a genetically dormant ability to shape-shift in to a chimeric type monster that is only indicative of her mother. A creature dashed with aspects of a Wolverine meets a bear, dashed with tiger, and prehensile reptilian things that make Daryl in to one crazy creature feature. The ability and action of throttling a transformation unfortunately can exhaust her as it burns through calories and forces musculature that was once unused to the bending, reformation and breaking that is indicative of turning in to a beast. Afterwards like most magic heavy endeavors leaves her rather weak, exhausted and more interested in recuperation.

    Overall - Daryl is a rather powerful creature but not with out it's draw backs.
    (most are to be discovered through role-play; I don't want to give everything away. )

    DARYL in every sense of the term is a animal lover; a dog lady - she would rather be at home, out in the wild or at the beach with her animals than in bad company. Due to her mental illnesses or perceptions of the world she has numerous dogs for different reasons and for companionship.

    Un-bonded, feline familiar! (she is her own player!); Hux took her in out of the blue one day, not because she though the cat could benefit her but because she looked like she needed the stability. It was only a pleasant surprise to find the cat she brought in was really a familiar.
