  Injuries/ Afflictions: Blind since birth. In addition Tali has a unique gift in which allows her to heal another's physical or psychological ailment through the use of mystical water in which she now embodies. The afflictions are removed from the subject and transferred on to her own body, in which would not fully heal unless she submerges herself into water. Thus, Tali can be subjected to multiple temporary injuries over her lifetime.
  
  Physical Description: Thick ember locks fell wildly alongside angular youthful face, sprawling over her shoulders well to the middle of her back. Clear, almond-shaped eyes barely stood out beyond pale porcelain flesh, save for the thick clouds that engulfed those beautiful orbs. Thin lips rarely curled into a smile unless it were her own personal gain or an ulterior motive. Shirt made of linen material draped over slender frame, leaving shoulders bare as sleeves extend well pass her wrists. Knee-length skirt sat low upon small hips, frilled and free as leggings ensured that modesty was kept. Feet were kept bare, toes curling over the ground's cold surface.

  Personality: Fiercely independent, stubborn, averse to emotion and attention. Tali would rather be completely forgotten from the world than be in the spotlight, and may be prone to anxiety and anger if the light was cast. A fan of the wilderness, her affinity with water draws her to anything where there is a large body of water nearby; be it ocean, lake, river, or even spa. Moreso, Tali has a love for cold climates for two reasons. One, so that she may wear sweatshirts, and two the beautiful sight of snow. Lastly, Tali suffers mildly from reactive attachment disorder where she is reluctant to engage in any sort of act that may lead her to becoming attached to something or someone. As a result, she can be prone to delinquent and flighty behavior
  
  Advantages: Determination and a strong will that pushes her beyond her hindering limitations. In addition, Tali has a rare type of magic that revolves around the ability to manifest, manipulate, and alter atmospheric water of all kind. What makes her powers unique though, is how it utilizes the regenerative properties of water to heal wounds, physical, mental, psychological, or otherwise. The side effect to this is that whatever wounds she heals from another, is placed on to her own body as a substitute. In addition, because she is one with the element, she acquired an additional sense that is associated with water. Be it through the humidity in the air, sweat, or dousing someone in water, she can feel it within the atmosphere, giving her what others might believe to be a heightened sense. Lastly, if Tali submerges herself in water, she can use that water to regenerate and heal her own wounds, which also includes the injuries she has taken from others.
  
  Disadvantages: One of her biggest disadvantages, even with her powers, is her blindness. Because she was born without sight, there are a lot of things that elude her judgment and causing her to rely heavily on her other senses. She may have difficulties navigating through crowded areas, or rooms with a fair amount of obstacles, and can easily become lost in areas she has not memorized. Yet this still does not hold her back from wandering. The blindness is also the cause of several fears and phobias, such as silence, small spaces, swimming (ironically and particularly in large bodies of water), etc. While her powers indeed create injuries for her, it may take quite a while for those injuries to heal, even if she is submerged.
