You will refer to me as your Domina, or Domina Fuamnach. Patrons and renters are referred to be default as "sir" and "lady" unless they request another title. No other may be called Domina but me. If one wishes to be called Dominus, Master, or Mistress, my approval must be given first.

Do not touch currency with bare hands. Use a cloth, pouch, or a clean hem of your clothing to carry it.

Always kneel on the ground next to or in front of your Domina or your renter. Do not sit on furniture unless ordered to do so.

Eyes should never be raised higher than the chest on anyone above your station unless otherwise ordered.

Practice your positions many times a day to ensure you never forget any of them.

Knees together, hands resting on thighs, elbows slightly bent. Feet lifted up on toes and buttocks on haunches/heels. Keep back straight, chest out, and face forward.

This is the default kneel when greeting as well as being instructed to kneel.


Knees spread, hands resting on thighs, elbows bent comfortably, feet folded beneath buttocks. Keep back straight. Head may move however desired when not engaged in conversation.

This is the default position for relaxing. If this becomes uncomfortable or the feet or legs begin to go numb, a request may be made to cross legs or lay them to the side.


Knees spread, up on toes, buttocks resting on haunches/heels, hands open flat and resting on thighs palms up, elbows slightly bent. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward.

Wait in this position quietly until acknowledged before making a request.


Knees spread, up on toes, buttocks resting on haunches/heels, arms at lower back with wrists crossed and hands fisted. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward.

This is the default position when one has been called for and the one giving the orders is sitting. It is also the default kneel to show you are available for service to Domina or potential renters.


Legs spread hip-width apart, forearms folded behind back with hands holding near elbows. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward.

This is the default stance to show you are available to serve your Domina or others when surrounded by a crowd.


Standing with legs spread wide to allow for easy inspection. Hands behind head, elbows raised and in line with legs. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward.

This is the default inspection position (no matter the position of the one ordering it) - an order will be given otherwise for the kneeling version of this position.. Meant for inspection to ensure one's body is up to standards as well as checking for wounds, blemishes, etc.


Up on knees with legs spread wide, feet together, hands behind head and elbows raised and in line with the legs. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward.

The kneeling version of the inspection stance.. Like the stance, this is for inspecting the body to ensure the body is up to standards as well as checking for wounds, blemishes, etc.


Kneeling on the ground, feet tucked beneath buttocks and torso folded over thighs. Legs may be spread slightly to help one's torso get further down and allow for better breathing. Elbows should be on the ground, shoulder-width apart. Hands should be flat with palms on the ground. Forehead should be pressed against the ground.

This position is intended for meditation to help one calm themselves. They should be breathing deeply and clearing their mind to focus on their servitude and humble themselves.


Kneeling on the ground, feet tucked beneath buttocks, knees spread wide. Arms out with elbows bent and palms flat against the ground, thumbs sticking out and fingertips touching (creating two diamonds with the arms and the hands). Forehead should be pressed against the ground.

This position is for one to apologize when they have done something wrong.


Knees and feet together, elbows shoulder-width apart on the ground (or surface beneath you), palms flat against the ground/surface, forehead touching the ground/surface or resting on the backs of hands. Buttocks should be presented up in the air. Keep the back straight. This position has two variants: Kneeling and standing. All instructions apply to both.

This position is the default for being punished. Unless ordered to take the standing position over something, always assume you are to kneel on the ground. If another position is desired for punishment, you will be directed into it.

Palms should always be flat and fingers together, serving elbow bent at a right angle. Keep back straight, shoulders back, chest out, and face forward. Move serving arm(s) as needed when serving. Both hands may be used for service if needed.

As the description suggests, this position is for serving items. This is the default position when the one giving the order is sitting.

Index finger pointing down - Stand at the designated point. (Default to position 5 unless otherwise ordered.)

Index finger pointing down, wrist bent - Sit at the designated point.

Index and middle finger pointing down - Kneel at the designated point. (Position 4 unless otherwise ordered.)

Index finger pointing up - Listen, do not speak or stop speaking.

Index and middle finger pointing up and crossed - Be silent and stay silent until otherwise ordered.

Index finger pointing in another direction - Go to the direction being pointed to. Verbal instruction as to where will be given unless you are being directed to a wall. If a wall, stand facing the wall with the tip of your nose against it and await further instruction.

Index and middle finger pointing in another direction - Leave the room or area or attend to the instructed task.
