I understand there are times when the brain may not be able to crank out much, but my own skills tend to slip if there's consistently not enough for me to reply to.

  In the silence of dusk, a faint wash of ripples, a bright and shivering river of gold fire...
  
  Such a gloriously exotic creature, this young naga. Of desert origin his skin boasts a golden-bronzed sheen, wild mane of rusted autumn sleek with a well groomed gloss. Slitted, reptilian pupils bear a distant gaze of disinterest to most, such a haughty expression unfitting such a pretty face. His build is one of sinuous splendor, what little muscle is there is toned and resilient, built for speed and flexibility. And those scales, by the gods! They almost glitter, a brilliant array of vibrant oranges, golds, and creams. Scales that meld seamlessly into the waist of human's torso lead to quite the length of muscled tail rather than legs, gold and amber jewelry and tiny, dangling silver bells chiming musically from waist, wrists, neck, and headdress, partially obscuring those golden eyes.
