• Just to lay some things down

  No one knows where he came from aside from the country he left: France. Don't blame the country, he could have been living in an underground system where the toxic waste was dumped for centuries. He seemed to be rather wild, learning many things of the black market and drug trade, he seemed like the newest enemy of those who were just and innocent. This toxic naga crept through alleyways, snatching men, women, and children for his delight in killing and consuming. One would ask why but I doubt they'd get far as he normally didn't talk much.
  
  Seraphin's blood was deadly when spilled, his body was large for constriction, and he seemed rather industrialized. He couldn't have been raised by anyone... what if he never was 'born'? Perhaps the naga wasn't mortal? He didn't seem to age much at all, but perhaps it was all the junk he pumped through his system. Does he ever OD? He's still alive and breathing ain't he? Just hope he doesn't take off his muzzle-gas mask while you are nearby.
  
  He's not always eating though, his digestion cycle is painfully slow and it would be impossible to run his 'businesses' (such as trafficking multiple things like people, animals, resources) if he constantly needed to eat. He's recently started his hand at Slave training although he seems to be quite violent and ill-tempered whereas it ends badly for the slave. He also seems to have this fascination with texture, if the feeling is odd or enjoyable, he will obsess over it for a while. (example- super soft fluffy tails)
