  Excella is a woman of average height, she has shoulder length blonde hair that she usually keeps up in a bun or ponytail. She doesn't wear much makeup beyond eyeliner. She is stylish but professional, and is rarely seen outside of work by her peers.

  Excella was born in Paris, France. To English Parents on February 25th. Her father was a professor of Biology at Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie and her Mother a Neurosurgeon. The family stayed in paris until she was three and the family relocated back to London. Excella was shown to have an incredible mind at an early age, with the guidance of her parents she was able to excel well beyond those in her age group, and graduated school much earlier than normal. She enrolled at Cambridge with a focus on Molecular Biology and Genetics, finally getting her doctorate, she originally set out to help the world with her mind, but her curiosity of the world around her led her down a darker path.
  
  She showed a ruthlessness in her quest to answer the unanswerable, sacrificing individuals for the greater good was not unheard of, many thought she was insane. This gathered the attention of Billionaire Warick, who had interest in opening a secret research facility with a disregard for ethics. He brought her to the City of Nexxus in the United States, and set her up in an expansive underground Facility. Making her head Researcher of his project he called Vesper. stocked with Technology most of the world didn't even know existed. Excella leads the research to ground the notion of supernatural beings, to answer what they are on a biological level. Vesper regularly abducts people who show supernatural links, many of them tortured and killed in the quest for science. Excella has even sacrificed her own co workers in her quest for answering the unknown.
