Backstory
Melody, the only child not of the Sinopa family. She is also the youngest of the group though. She is the cousin, but that doesn't change the fact that she was very close with Madeline for a very long time. She always has messed things up, and it has been like this since she was younger. You're probably assuming that she was cursed, right? Wrong, luck is just never in her favor (which makes her life a living hell sometimes...)
The most important event between Madeline and Melody was when Mel ended up killing her. Well, it wasn't like she meant to. She had to move away because of her aunt and her job, but never had her or Delia ever tell the Sinopa family about this. This made Maddie feel hurt, so when Mel came back, she tried to comfort Maddie. To Mel's surprised, Maddie was enraged by her not being there when she needed her, so a fight broke out between the angry Madeline and the confused Melody.
The fight lasted nearly a minute and a half before Mel had gotten Madeline to the point that she had to give up, and she killed her right there. Melody broke down right there, and when she tried to beg her aunt for forgiveness, she was killed because of this.
Christina banished Melody because of what she did, so she will never be able to visit the family home, which lead to the relationship between Shaelyne and Melody; the two unlucky family members. Whenever Melody is around Lynn, it seems as if her bad luck never happens...
