Body Type: Slender and pear shaped when fed, gaunt when hungry
Personality: Deceptively sweet behavior masks a calculating mind with an inhuman disregard for the well-being of others. She cares little for those that she cannot manipulate, but strives to keep up her reputation as a charmer.
Likes: She enjoys the scent, sight, and taste of blood. She has a fondness amounting to an obsession for snakes, spiders, and moths.
Dislikes: Those that see through her facade. Silver. Sunlight. Mirrors.
Diet: Blood, though she can sometimes enjoy tea or alcohol depending upon how well she's fed.
Distinguishing Marks: Dual sets of sharp fangs and clawed fingertips when her glamour begins to fade, otherwise her browless face and strange, painted on markings are unmistakably recognizable. Large scarred bitemark upon her throat, quite likely a memory from the creature that turned her.
Personal Magic Effect: Her magic was once a shimmering blue, but now all of its effects are a wet and bloody crimson.

Abilities
Please note that the use of these abilities will depend totally upon OOC consent. I try very hard not to allow her to be overpowered, but she is a naturally powerful creature. Please message me with any questions you have.
Animate Blood - An ability that was only strengthened when she was turned, she can animate either her own blood or that of a victim or volunteer. This allows her to create a small creature, usually a spider, bird, or moth, from the blood. She is able to see and hear what the creature witnesses, but any damage to it will injure her.
Animate Dead - Morgulwen is capable of animating corpses. Generally, they must be within ten yards of her. The more creatures and the more complex they are, the more power is used up. Skeletons take less energy than fleshed zombies, which take less energy than more powerful creatures. She must concentrate or else she may lose control over the creatures that she's raising. There is a time limit of roughly one to four hours for how long the Dead remain moving.
Blood Gems - Opals and moonstones are her favorite gems, and not simply because their original colors appeal to her. She infuses the stones with her bloody powers, and they can be used as a quick pick-me-up in case of emergency, and to strengthen her spells. She can also store specific spells in the stones, such as her flight spell in the stones that dangle from her feather decoration.
Charm - Naturally charismatic, her vampiric powers of suggestion have increased this greatly. When focusing, she is capable of leading others through the power of suggestion, though this generally requires eye contact or else the mild charm will be broken. The weak of will may find themselves completely dominated so long as they remain in her presence. There is a chance that her will may remain in their minds, as a simple seed of a suggestion.
Control Undead - Depending upon the strength and will of the creature in question, she may be able to forcibly shift its alliance to her for anywhere from a few moments, to the remainder of its existence.
Corpselight - While this is generally used on created undead, Morgulwen will cast it on herself from time to time. This creates anything from a gentle glimmer to a shimmering aura, and can last up to a few hours. Since she can see in the dark this is for nothing more than vanity and because she can.
Darkvision - Able to see in the dark, even when there are no other light sources.
Eclipse - Unlike most vampires that can transform into one (or multiple) bats, Morgue can transform into a flurrying eclipse of moths. Should a single moth escape, she can regenerate herself, even if all the rest of them are destroyed.
Glamour - A vampiric ability, Morgulwen is able to retain much of her previous appearance, save for the color of her eyes. When her glamour fades, she becomes gaunt, and dark circles surround her eyes. Her fingertips become clawed, and the fangs are unable to be hidden as he true form begins to seep into sight. Given time and practice, she may be able to take on another's appearance. It visually disguises the fact that she has embedded her bloodstones within her flesh, but should one touch them, it will physically be there.
Monstrous Shape - Her true form. It is slowly mutating into a more insectile shape, and she has embedded her power-storing stones within her frame in order to both transform more easily, and to enable her to go longer between feedings. Two sets of arms are both tipped with dangerous claws and possess inhuman strength, and her teeth have become rows of needle-like fangs. She has the gift of flight, and her ability to manipulate blood and magic is nearly doubled.
Raise Dead - Contrary to 'Animate Dead,' this spell returns a corpse fully back to life...at a cost. Curses, illnesses, age, and lost flesh cannot be cured by this spell. The raised person will theoretically have full control over their faculties, but they will be greatly weakened and require days, if not weeks, of bedrest. They will forever be susceptible to Morgulwen's mental domination.
Regenerate - She has the ability to regenerate herself if she's damaged, or to potentially regenerate limbs or organs of a patient. This spell is difficult and tiring, requires that she is well-fed. If a limb or organ is completely missing, she cannot regenerate it; if there are pieces of it they should be placed as close to their original location as possible.
Spectral Wings - Morgulwen is capable of creating a set of ghostly wings; the feathered ornament at her back is required, as the spell is stored completely in the blood-hued gems that decorate the feathers. The wings are strong enough to carry her, but only for short flights; they are more adept at gliding than they are at self-powered flight, and will wear out more quickly with the latter.
Vampiric Feeding - The woman gains all of her nourishment from the blood of others. Animals are considered beneath her, and she will refuse to feed from them save in the most dire of circumstances. The act of feeding will heal her wounds and regenerate her powers. Unlike most vampires, Morgue does not need to bite in order to feed; she can absorb blood by drawing it magically from her victim. A full drain will leave them as little more than a skeleton, ready to be commanded. [Note, this is only by OOC consent, and can be interrupted. She will never absorb blood without OOC permission given.]
Vampiric Obfuscation - The ability to hide her presence from others. This will ideally also hide her shadow and reflection, though there may be a few faulty glimpses of a monstrous shape if her concentration fades. This will not mask her scent, nor any sounds that she makes.
Vampiric Strength - Far stronger than she should be as simply an elven necromancer, her preternatural strength lends enough power to her that she is more than capable of proving a handful to even an armed opponent. She can take a beating and come back for more, and dish out a few lumps of her own.
Vampiric Speed - Not quite a great white blur, she prefers to keep her speed hidden. However, those attempting to ambush her may find themselves with teeth at their throats before they can thrust a blade into her back.
