• General Details

  Aloysion is difficult to pinpoint at times. Not exactly because he's a brooding or mysterious fella. Quite the opposite. He's sociable and even affable.
  
  Yet however approachable he may seem, Aloysion has a most peculiar disposition. His motives are complex patterns that sometimes include cruelty. He has as many unsavory reasons to wear his perpetual grin as honest ones. All the while, his exterior mood appears benign, inviting.
  
  His voice is hush - compelling without the need for volume or profanity. It is one of his many charms by which people remember him. He is verbally coercive and of uncanny guile.
  
  Although his horns also make quite an impression. He may change their size at will; his horns might crest high on the mantle of his scalp like the crown of a conquering emperor or they may be mere impish sprouts, subtle as a beauty mark.
  
  No matter the size of his horns, a feature that always remains is that each is tipped by a metallic ornament. Made from a black agate, each ornament is carved with an complicated webbing of lattices and interlocking knots - lace 'n labyrinth like pattern.
  
  In place of the stereotypical spade-tipped tail, his spine extends into a leathery, muscular appendage that ends in a frayed cat 'o nine tails - both a weapon and a taunting metronome.
  
  And then there is his gaze - with eyes best described as leonine and the color of sangria. They are frequently lidded with confident observation yet fierce.
  
  His dark hair always appears clean and damp, tending to drift into curls at the nape, steaming with perfumed agents against his feverishly hot skin.
  
  But who and what is he? An incubus? A member of the faefolk?

  Aloysion does possess a few abilities, although he rarely brandishes them and it is highly unlikely any character may know about his abilities prior to meeting him. Please do not meta-game this knowledge - if you character has some sort of abiltiy to 'detect' skills, then please run the mechanics of it across me before announcing you know his skillset.

  Boons
  Limited Psychometry (Skill) The ability to touch an object and read any strong psychic impressions that have attached themselves to it. The information is random but almost always includes place of origin of the object. These come in the form of short images. Impression must be strong, most objects will have no impression.
  
  Nerve Restoration (Physical) Restores lost senses such as blindness to limited forms of their normal state, restores some sensation and function to paralyzed limbs, etc. Never does it restore lost or damage nerves to perfect health.
  
  Numb (Physical) Removes or severely lessens chronic pain of target.
  
  Ectastic Sensations (Physical/Mental) Aloys can heighten the tactile senses and sense of taste, making mundane experiences more decadent.
  
  Hexes:
  Agonize (Physical) Causes chronic pain in a selective part of the body while eliminating the ability to feel pleasure in that same body part. Where there should be pleasurable or relieving sensations, there will be only prickling numbness. These various forms of pain can manifest as a painful seizing of the affected body part, a painful stinging sensation such as that of of acid or frostbite, or a severe burning, itchy sensation akin to shingles or a severe scabies infestation. Severity, duration, and effectiveness vary by character.
  
  Alienate (Physical) Causes a loss of sensation whenever one tries to touch or feel an object of affection - be it a beloved item or a lover. Severity, duration, and effectiveness vary by character.
