• Backstory

  NOTE: This version of Waya is a mix of Namco x Capcom Waya, and ShiftyLook Waya. A lot of this backstory is fudged, and therefore not canon.
  
  Waya is the illegitimate daughter of the scientist Dr. Bomb. She was raised by him, and personally trained as the "princess" of his army (which he did, and still does, plan to use for fun things, such as world domination). At the age of eleven, she was caught in exposed machinery from a robot in the process of being built, and sustained severe injuries to her limbs, abdomen, and face. While she nearly died in that accident, her father repaired her missing and mangled anatomy with prosthetic organs and limbs, which were later covered with skin grafts. Because of this, there's some slight discoloration on a large portion of her body, though she now possesses far superior physical capabilities.
  
  However, she did sustain neurological damage as well, and is now considered to be mentally ill. She mostly deals with psychosis, though her primary and most persistent delusion is that local superhero, Bravoman, is in love with her. Because of this (and likely not helped by her father asking her to assassinate him), she has a strong obsession with him, going so far as to stalk him, and even attempting to kill him. She truly believes he'll belong to her someday, and the only way for that to happen, in her eyes, is if he's dead.
