• Biography

  Maximus is not some new, fresh off the block character. He has been in many scenarios, relationships, and personal dillemmas for 6 real-life years.
  
  Maximus was born presumably a human by two near-godly beings: The light being now known as Oricalchus, and a now dead dark lord naned Drake Thunder (Yes, Max changed his last name.) Drake left to tend to taking over a land called Neo Arcadia (now nonexistant canonically and physically). Oricalchus raised him under the fake identity Nicole Thunder, and Max's childhood was that of any human boy (quite bittersweet considering his many campaigns now).
  
  As Max rose into his teen years, his aging slowed like that of any Shadow, and just like any other Shadow Enigmus. Maxs emotions got in the way of his powers, making it resemble ice (now his powers are mainly physical energy and auras, but still slightly elemental). He was invited promptly to a battle academy and was one of their personal best students. After a fight fatality, he was kicked out at age 15.
  
  The rest is strictly personal due to the extreme violence that had incurred, but Max, due to his Father's exhortations to destroy his accidental son, killed Drake and took the throne. He ruled there, in the Shadowgate of Neo Arcadia, for thousands of years. Then, (being the past selfish fighter he was), he went into his Pertinence (a growth spurt for a Shadow followed by extreme rage and uncontrollable power release) for a decade. Keep in mind Max stopped physically aging at 20.
  
  This led to the genocide of most shadows, and is a slight factor for why demons, werewolves, vampires, and many other true varients of shadows exist to date. Max was considered a champion for his efforts, but it was in cold blood that he killed, and he drank heavily to forget his past, and slowly devolved into alcoholism for a short period of time. Afterwards, he was hired by the dictator of Neo Arcadia, simply known as Scourage, to kill practical gods who dared defy his power.
  
  Max's job as a godly assasin was quite heroic, but graphic in the extreme as the fights were clever and bloody. He is recorded to have sucessfuly terminated 15 gods, including his father.
  
  The most recent future has been his calming down for a life around mucb less powerful beings on a ever-evolving Earth.

  Max has had 100,000 years in the universe to hone his skills, and watched many people die at his hands. He is very emotionally hardened and clearly alot different from other people. His orange eye is considered blind but it is able to see power liee glowing threads in a sillohette of light. His scars are mainly from his father with a cursed weapon.

  Max is also a slightly light being due to Oricalchus, who watches over him now. He doesnt exactly have conventional weaknesses as when they were found they were exploited so brutally he just became immune after so much of it. He does seem to dislike water at times, though.
