• Backstory

  Cheyanne has never had a typically easy life, born to a divorced family her time was split between a rich father who had high expectations of her, and a poor mother with a drug and alcohol problem so bad that often Cheyanne spent her time looking after her, rather then the way things should have been. Through her Father she got a decent education and access to dance classes, though her mother Cheyanne got a cold dose of what the real world looked like without her Father's money protecting her. The friction between her parents led her to rebel against both of them, shaping her into a bit of a wild child.
  
  That money dried up when at 18 she became pregnant with the child of a guy she'd gone to school with, but honestly did not know all that well. Her Father immediately cut her off, furious at her for screwing up his plan for her. He refuses to meet his grandchild or to have anything to do with Cheyanne at this point. She moved in with her Mother full time, and made money working at a convenience store. A few months before Ronan was born his father was killed by a drug overdose, though it was a sad affair, Cheyanne figured it was for the best, his father would have been a poor influence on him, and from the moment she laid eyes on her boy she wanted a better life for him then the one she could currently provide.
  
  She was forced to take action on this when her Mother died 7 months later of liver failure. Though Cheyanne had been left the house, she'd also been left with the crippling debt of her mother and an infant son to raise. Things began to look dire, and desperation led her to seek out a job first as a waitress as a strip bar. When she saw how much the dancing girls made though, and with her own copious dancing experience under her belt, she began working as an exotic dancer, and at times of complete desperation has even turned the occasional trick.
  
  Despite her seedy work life, she works incredibly hard to provide a good and safe life for her boy who is very much kept away from that side of her. Her work never comes home with her, and the woman who looks after him during the nights is as sweet and grandmotherly as can be. Almost all of Cheyanne's money goes towards making sure the boy is well clothed, well fed, and well educated.
