Growing up Felic never lived up to his father's expectations. He was too skinny, too feminine, not as hard-working as his brothers. Whenever things went wrong it would always be his fault and it would never go unpunished. Already at the age of five Felic broke his collarbone after his father threw him into the kitchen counter. The father's reason was that Felic's poor motor skills made him drop his coffee in his lap. The excuse for Felic's broken collarbone was that he fell on the stairs while playing with their dog. Episodes like these happened frequently and escalated as he grew older. For some reason he never received the same amount of love from his father as his other five siblings. Him being a middle child did not make him invisible. Numerous of times Felic fought to gain his father's love and respect but failed miserably every time. This led to major insecurities, perfectionism, self-hatred, and self-harm. Felic was thirteen the first time he attempted suicide, but as everything else - he failed to succeed. Even that led to major critiques from his father. "Even that you can't do properly." Throughout his entire childhood and early teens the only thing he found comforting was creating. Felic had always been creative by nature, always seen things far more colorful than his peers. The first time he discovered someone else like him, was when his family took in a young girl in foster care. Her wide, bright smile, her wonderful singing and elegance. All inspiring. Felic was often caught zoned out, daydreaming with a silly grin on his face, whenever he thought of their similarities, until reality hit. He was the only one seeing it. None of his siblings were like that, neither was his father. They despised everything Felic was, criticizing him for not being like them. The only one who sort of understood him was his mother. Unfortunately she passed when he was only ten.
