  In many cases Foe is rarely emotional and seldom burdened by notions such as
  empathy yet is all too willing to abuse it in others, she is unmoved by the pain she
  brings, if not actively basking in it. The cat feels nothing or very little when doing
  something immoral and thus has nothing to actually suppress it to begin with. It is
  thus by extension of that inability that she is not limited by the element of guilt that
  would normally follow in the aftermath of such dubious choices. Excessive self-love
  as well as ridiculously high, bordering on, or far exceeding, obnoxious self-confidence,
  she is an egotist incarnate. It forms a superficial glazing which masks one from the
  murkier depths of her darker persona. Naturally, this has the effect of rubbing off on
  other people despite being completely unsubstantiated. People assume subconsciously
  that someone who loves themselves that much must have a basis for their self-image
  and therefore wrongfully assumes such an individual is high value. She sees all social
  paradigms and scenarios as games of strategy that require meticulous maneuvering. Foe
  is emotionally and socially manipulative; she has a tendency to dehumanise and objectify
  people down to their skills and utilitarianism rather than perceive them as entities
  with personalities to be admired. Foe quite simply is very tactical, she may execute the

  Powers origin: Her power stems from an anomaly of the cerebral, the frontal lobe, parietal lobe, temporal lobe and occipital lobe are all severely mutated. The forebrain, midbrain and hindbrain differentiate from a humans and is almost alien like; facilitating her psychic abilities to exceed magic users.   Abilities.

  Illusion: Often target's cerebral nervous system, thereby affecting all five senses. This is frequently used to create false images and/or trick the body into believing it has experienced physical pain, eye contact is required for this to work. Those under the influence of illusion will either appear to be unconscious or continue to move around under the pretence of the illusion.
  Teleportation: Does this by means of displacing herself through an alternate dimension briefly and reappearing in a desired, pre-selected location. She possesses a limited unconscious extrasensory "spatial awareness" ability which prevents her from teleporting into solid objects within her immediate vicinity, but this ability diminishes the greater the distance she teleports. Because teleporting into other solid matter would cause severe injury or death, she will only teleport to an area she is familiar with or that she can clearly see at the time or has seen in the past.
  Telepathy: Able to read thoughts of animals, humans and other sentient beings, and to transfer information from one mind to another without the aid of physical communication.
  Telekinesis: To move, manipulate and control a multitude of objects with the mind without physically touching them, especially over long distances, limited in the weight of an object though. Also has telekinetic sensitivity to feel the texture of objects she has a psychokinetic hold on.
  Shapeshifting: Can take the form of a black house cat.
